Ive had a great experience here. Ive gotten one laptop repaired and one with a hard drive upgrade. They have reasonable prices and good service with no issues. Id recommend them for either a repair or an upgrade to your machine.

I spilled a ton of coffee on my laptop and these guys were able to get me in for an appointment that afternoon.They were very realistic about what they could do to potentially repair it and what it would take to repair it cost wise. They were also very communicative over the course of the week that they had it, called several times with updates and did their best to explain what was going on in non-computer person language.As it turned out, the coffee absolutely ruined the whole laptop and the guys were very communicative about what they could do with that knowledge and wound up advising that I move my files from my laptop to an external and getting a new one. They perfectly cloned all of my information from my old computer to that external, I have all of my old data and couldnt be more relieved.Really highly recommended, they are so nice, so accommodating, and clearly very knowledgeable about computers and how to take care of them.

Probably the best decision Ive made. I originally went to Geek Squad to get the computer fixed but not only was it more expensive but the wait time was even longer. Regardless I took it to computer hospital And not only was it cheaper but I got it fixed within one day.

I am very impressed at how professional and efficient the computer techs are at this shop. While my laptop only needed a windows upgrade, they knew this would be a good solution. My old laptop is working like new now. Theyre also very good at communicating information. I definitely would recommend. They saved me from buying a new laptop

These guys are awesome.I grew up in a time when professionals were able to troubleshoot at the circuit level what was going on with a device and could precisely tell you what was happening and what it would take to fix it. These types of professionals, far from the geek squad and apple geniuses, are rare nowadays. The team at the Computer Hospital are just these types of people however. Ive used them for about 5 or 6 repairs/installs in recent years and they never disappoint. They tell you what to expect and honor what they tell you. These guys are professionals through and through. Not only in terms of competence, but also integrity. Case in point, I had a printer that I thought I needed to be brought in for a repair and Jaime explained to me the part that I needed and how I could easily fix it myself if I wanted to save some money (which I did want.) I consider myself pretty tech savvy, and have even repaired a computer or two in my time, and these are the guys I go to when I need answers or something done right the first time.I cant recommend them strongly enough.

My hard drive had failed to boot and the Computer Hospital was able to provide me with a top of the line SSD drive and clone the old one once they got it up and running again. They were incredibly helpful and very quick, fixing the problem over night. I will definitely recommend them and come back in the future with any computer related issues.

I brought in a laptop that was old and no-one used often used. it kept blue screening and rebooting. I decide to take it here and get it fixed and they kept it for about a week and returned to me but still it was blue screening and restarting so I went back and they got on it and by 4 days later I got it back and it works better then ever. every time I called back someone picked up! great customer service.

We dropped off our computer to get it fixed. It had a cracked screen. They seemed very knowledgeable and polite. They gave me a fair estimate and i am waiting until its fixed.

I had very very very very very BAD experience there. They didn’t fix my blue screen problem at the first time. Then I have to come back to them and they said it’s my hard drive. HOW it can be! I only have this laptop for one year. I have been charged $160 for deleting my foreign antivirus software. WHAT? It’s an antivirus software! And I found out the screws on my laptop are missing!!! They are not professional AT ALL! Finally I found out it’s the GRAPHIC DRIVER!

I used Computer Hospital several years ago twice and they were able to repair and recover my data from 2 different laptops. Ive since moved from the area but Ill tell you that its definitely worth the drive from Humble. My external hard drive that holds many precious memories had a broken port. I took it to a big box chain after confirming over the phone they could handle my issue. When I went in, I was told they couldnt do it in store because Seagate is encrypted and would delete all data if they opened the shell. I was quoted $85 to ship it out and told that data recovery starts at $400 and a turnaround time of 4 weeks- if it could be recovered. I thanked them for their time and left. I called Computer Hospital who told me to bring it in. I went in on Sunday at opening time and the rep was so kind and friendly; within 15 minutes I knew my data was recoverable and exactly what Id pay including a new hard drive. I got a call early Monday morning that my new drive was ready. The techs took their time to explain the work that was completed, show me the new drive and had me check the files, and most importantly understood that my personal pictures were very valuable to me and treated my case with care. I never felt like my concern wasnt important since I wasnt recovering data for a business. I paid $175 for the recovery and transfer to a new external hard drive that I purchased from them and I got it the next day. However, the peace of mind they provided me is priceless. If I ever need repairs again, I wont waste my time with another and will go straight here!

I have had 2 good experiences here. They fixed a slow and infected computer for me recently. They recommended some upgrades and mentioned it may be a little more expensive based on reconfiguring the bios. Got it back and charged me a cheaper price since they never had to reconfigure it. Trustworthy.

The folks here are very friendly, but charged me $100 (plus tax) over what they quoted me on the phone.I came two different times to pick my computer up and my computer was not working each time I came.When it was finally ready, the worker guy tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I dont need. This took forever and I was not in the mood for it.He also told me things about computers that he apparently tells his grandma (like I tell my grandma, you can shut off remote help when youre done with it). Thanks kid, but Im only 40 and I know how computers work. 🙄Next time Ill just make time to fix the thing myself and skip the hassle.

I called about computer running slow. I assumed it was bloatware and malware, based on internet searches on how to speed up computer. They said the problem was slow hard drive. So, I agreed to have them replace the drive with a SSD drive and have them clone the drive. There was an initial problem with the cloning of the drive. I got very concerned. But, they redid the cloning of the drive. Perfect now. And much faster. Five stars.

I took my laptop in for motherboard repair. They charge flat fees, so you are well aware of how much you are paying for well in advance. It was my first experience with this place, and I would definitely come back again. There is no such thing as disaster from these people. Every problem I’ve ever had has been skillfully repaired and on a timely basis. Today I spent 30 minutes there while they solved the problem. These guys were fantastic. Needed my wifi card replaced. I called, they told me to come by their location and had it fixed within 2 hours of me dropping. So professional and kind. I couldn’t believe how quickly they turned it around. I will be back!

I sent them an email with an unrelated question to the service I later used and they responded quickly which I dont see often so I expected the service level to be high. I showed up right at closing time and they efficiently processed my request for a higher end new build with components I bought at a bunch of places. My service was completed the following morning and the new build was ready with a demonstration when I arrived. They also answered some obscure questions I had about matching older components. Im completely satisfied.

Computer would shut down. Computer Hospital said it was my hard drive. Cost $324.75. After repairs, same problem existed. I contacted the owner and he responded quickly. Jamie was very nice and showed he really cares about customer support. They accepted my PC for repairs and installed new software and hardware. He even gave me a big discount. Now my computer runs faster and Im sure it will last me a long time. Hopefully I wont need their services any time soon but if I do, I will take my PC back to The Computer Hospital in Houston, Texas. I would recommend you take your malfunctioning PC to them too. Cant say enough good things about The Computer Hospital. Customer service second to none.

As someone with electronics background and a general DIY-type, Computer Hospital was very helpful in helping me diagnose the damage to my laptop after a water spill. They did all of the tests and treatments for water damage they could and determined I would need to replace the motherboard. They gave me the part number so I can shop for the replacement and install it on my own, while I only paid for the diagnostic test and treatment (~$80)

These guys are excellent.Our business had network problems and we could not figure out why. Initially we thought the problem was isolated to one computer not being able to connect. We found Computer Hospital through google. The hundreds of 5 star reviews spoke for themselves so we decided to call them.They were very patient over the phone and it really felt like they were trying to actually understand what the issue was as opposed to the common shut you down responses you can run into when calling about computer troubles.I brought the computer into the shop (for us they were just 10 minutes away) and got a free diagnostic. Easy as that. Turned out the unit was fine, the issue was with the network.When later that day we realized we couldnt fix the network ourselves we called Computer Hospital again. A very professional gentleman arrived, the type youd have no concern over letting into your home even. We had the problem taken care of in less than an hour. Everything was being explained every step of the way so we didnt feel like we were being left in the dark.We felt very comfortable with the service provided. Theyre our go to shop for anything computer related from now on.

They can fix ANYTHING Computer related & GREAT price points.Recently I had the need for a hands on smartphone debug, sweep and clean and I immediately thought of them. Sadly they didnt do phones, but the guy who answered the phone checked with everyone for recommendations, as well as cleaner Spyware Malware app. I hsd it but was so appreciative and wish I could have given the shop my business again.

Ive worked with several guys there before, including Jaime. Theyre always courteous and fast and reasonable. And theyre open on the weekends! I recommend them.

Did good work helping me to get my newly-built custom PC working, and the diagnostic service really was free. Didnt feel pressured to pay for anything more than needed, and everything worked out in the end. They also helped carry my computer to my car on my return visits, which was appreciated.

I love that I can just call in and get remote support! This morning, my Google Chrome didnt open. I called, and Jamie got it working in no time. He also ran a malware scan, and found out that my anti-malware program had been disabled and fixed that. The scan showed no problems, so he did not charge me anything, and said to call back if the problem recurred. These people are GREAT, and they definitely know their stuff!

My experience here was great from the start. My computer technicians name was Fidel and he was an exceptional person to work with. I am the least tech savvy young person out here but he explained everything really clearly so that I could understand it and was refreshingly trustworthy! This place has my business! However, I have to say that the day I walked in I did not receive services from them. I walked in to take my laptop due to physical damage. One of the employees was friendly and propose to do a free diagnostic test. Yet, when I disclose to him that my laptop had damage warranty coverage, without hesitation directed me to go first and check how this major corporation can help me. He easily said it could cost up to $300 dollars at his shop, but I should see what the warranty has to say. Without a doubt this displayed the character of the employee and business. Integrity goes a long way in my books! Give them a shot!

Brought my laptop here after it randomly died on me. They communicated the problem, kept me up to date on repairs, and had my laptop back to me quickly. I had another issue that was caused by the motherboard repair, and had to take it in for another time. The owner personally assured me that they would get my laptop fixed, and worked with me until the problem was solved (all at no additional cost due to the warranty). Everyone I met with was super helpful, would 100% recommend Computer Hospital!

Recently had a confounding issue with my Asus Zenbook laptop keyboard, where only some keys would intermittently work. Of course, whenever I would bring it into the store, things would magically start working again. The fellas at Computer Hospital were so patient and understanding, and after a couple of rounds they replaced the keyboard assembly at a reasonable price (and replaced it a second time absolutely free when the part they ordered turned out to be bad). My laptop is working even better than before, since they did some minor tune ups on the OS for free. These guys are competent, fair, and honest. Would work with them again without a doubt.

I have moved to Nacogdoches, and have tried other computer services here, but, I am not as confident in their abilities, so I call Computer Hospital to have them remotely give my computer updates. I took it here as soon as I could because I cant afford $700 to replace my computer at the moment. They quickly determined that the hard drive had been physically damaged and needed to be replaced which would be a ~$250 repair. I asked about data recovery; he was up front with me that since the hard drive was physically damaged they most likely wouldnt be able to get any files off it with the simple $100 method and that if I really wanted the files they could do a more in-depth data recovery for $800+ that would take 1-2 weeks. Well, I asked him to try the simple method anyway. He told me he would call once my computer was fixed which would be about noon the next day. Since I didnt receive any call by 4pm the next day, I called them: my computer was fixed but the data recovery failed. I picked up my computer, they let me mess with it to make sure it worked, it worked great, no charge for the attempted and failed data recovery, and I paid the exact amount (plus taxes) that Id been quoted. The guy I picked it up from even went over what was installed in a manner non-technical people could understand (even though I didnt really need that). Great customer service! I had difficulty getting out of their tiny parking lot (backing out into an incredibly busy one-way is terrifying), but other than that I really cant complain. Would definitely recommend this place if you need your computer fixed!
