The President, Gregory Bledsoe, did a presentation for a VOIP phone system to our firm leadership. He made all sorts of promises as to pricing and when to expect his proposal. He kept zero promises and never even provided a proposal despite several follow up emails and calls that I initiated. Total waste of hours of my time.
