Technicians have been great however they had to stop halfway through the job due to weather (understandable). However, they said they would call to schedule an appointment to finish the job, and never called. Two days later I called and scheduled an appointment. Today was the day of the appointment and they did not show up, did not call, and did not answer the phone (or return my message). Our house is currently full of materials, dust, debris and a half done fireplace. I am afraid I will have to hire another company to finish the job.

Manuel & Jose were fabulous at assessing and repairing my chimney. Initially I had a different mason repair my chimney and they used the incorrect materials which did not resolve the problem of smoke entering my home when burning wood in the fireplace. Manuel & Jose were able to identify the issue even after the previous company tried to hide it the best they could. The pricing was very fair, and they worked with my schedule as best they could. I made an appointment 1 month in advance due to necessary Saturday requirements. My confirmation email on the 9th of June confirmed my appt time 9-11am today, 7.10. No one called to confirm the day before, so I called Saturday morning finally making contact after multiple calls. Was advised by management it was their error in scheduling. Their service tech was already on another job and they attempted to contact them with no response. I was told 2 different times, 2 different calls, which I initiated, that Id be contacted with updated information regarding my appointment and also advised theyd get the tech out today at the end of the day. It is now almost 6pm. Have heard nothing.My recommendation, if you have another option... use it.7.13.21Ive had no phone calls or emails from anyone to resolve the circumstances. I appreciated getting a detailed explanation of the condition of my chimney and also what needs to be done to insure the safety of its use. All in all I had three visits from this Company and Manuel really stood out as a very knowledgeable and professional technician, he took care of the installation of new gas logs, embers, grate and gas attachment. In December I had Natures Own come out and clean my chimney. They shared that we needed to rebrick and repaint the inside of our fireplace. They also mentioned that we needed a new damper. We agreed to all of the repairs and they ordered the pieces needed. Their second visit to our home a few weeks later they rebricked but said they could not repaint yet and that the new damper was ordered incorrectly so they would install it when they came back to paint. On the third visit they came to paint and said they could not install the damper because it was raining so they would call and reschedule for installation. I never received a call so I called them and they scheduled me a few weeks out. Unfortunately for my next appointment it was raining as well so they cancelled and said they would reschedule. They did not call so I called again and rescheduled again for a few weeks out. Sadly the next time it was raining again so we went through the process of rescheduling again. The next time they came out they said got all the way on the roof and said they ordered the wrong part so they left and I rescheduled with them yet again because they never called after ordering the new part. The next time I rescheduled I spoke with someone at the office and she said she triple checked the damper was correct and that this time they would get it right but low and behold when they showed up this week in APRIL the part was still wrong. The guy left and a few days later I got a call from natures own to reschedule, I explained my history with them and the girl said “ok I’ll make a note of it in your account.” That’s it, no apology, no let me talk to the manager, no let’s try and make it right, no let’s install the part at our expense because we it’s completely our fault that your chimney is still not working properly after five months. Needless to say we will not use them again. Just thought I would share since there are so many positive reviews for this company.

Damien and Jordan were very professional when the arrived at my home. Due to covid we have been asking visitors to remove shoes when entering. These gentlemen noticed the sign and without me asking, brought it up first and mentioned that they had no problem removing their shoes. Company claimed they could not give me estimate over phone. When they arrived they wanted to charge $2,700 for minor repairs to chimmney. All of a sudden they kept going doing in price, telling me not to let office know. It made me very uncomfortable. Beware of eating.

I recently hired Natures Own chimney cleaning because my wife and I recently converted our gas fire place to be a traditional wood burning one. Our general contractor couldnt really deliver on making our chimney truly safe and functional, so we called this company. I wasnt sure what to expect from them. I thought they would try to sell me everything they can do and then some, but instead I received some honest and real feedback. I originally thought I needed a new liner to make it safe to use, instead they took a look and told me instead of spending all this money unnecessarily to be smart about it and fix the real problems they saw, which were the loose bricks on-top of my chimney and install a damper. The clay liner didnt appear in bad shape and should be safe to use. I appreciated their consultation and feedback. We decided to use them and they did a great job of re-doing our chimney top and installing the damper. The brick work actually looks better than the brick we hired masonry experts to do for us a while back. I would definitely recommend their service if youre looking for someone to fix, repair, clean, etc your chimney
