Sign says 1% to cash checks.Gentelman saw my check and meno read Refund so that fell in a different check cause he charged $15.00 on a check if $167.00So he scanned it and said my company wont cash it cause it was my first time and I signed it before I walked in.Uf you dont cash it how am I supposed to be a regular customer.Dont waste your time here.No wonder this place is empty .How can I get a number for who ever is in charge of this place

My first time here and last time. It seems like the ladies are on their period and show no hospitality. No greet, welcome, and talk very low. LADIES YOU ARE WEARING A MASK AND YOU ARE BEHIND A BULLET PROOF GLASS. When customer ask what did you say that means they didnt HEAR YOU 🤔. Treat customers with respect and you will be treated the same.

I went in this place and there was a woman screaming at the top of her lungs because of the service - the guy at the counter was rude - he pointed out the he “checked her” and she had to call the regional office to get him to cash her check - she pointed out that she was a regular customer - when it was my turn to cash my check he treated me the same way - he was rude belittling and condescending when I was explain to him how to release the check from a hold - this man is costing your business money - you are a check cashing place yet he doesn’t want to cash any checks - he doesn’t even try to be helpful

I am convinced that the positive reviews at this business come with incentives. There has not been a time that I have gone into this business and been greeted with pleasantries before or after; from these clerks. I find myself thanking them and telling them to “have a good day”; for patronizing THEIR business. And when you’re next in line. It’s a guessing game as to whether you should move forward to the window or not. Since the lack of enthusiasm with instructing you to; from some clerks, leaves you pondering if you should proceed.As a matter of fact; I equate this business to those of the Federal Government, ie DHS, DPS, Social Security, Post Office. It’s like they are doing you a favor for being there.One particular clerk today was unprofessional and disinterested in my concern. Borderline rude. I found it futile in attempting to speak with her any further; so I spoke with her supervisor.I don’t expect any change; as these reviews are mere formalities. Just like with the Government.

I enjoy coming to these places because its open 24 hours and you can make your payments and they very respectful

Paid $68 to cash a 750 check...

New in Houston, and had to cash my check from Landrys Corp. Kroger and Wal-Mart would not cash my measly little waitress check. Its Landrys Corp!! But Senor Check was more than HAPPY to help!!! AWESOME SERVICE!!! The woman who helped me, and I had a HUGE laugh at the nationwide corporations who would not cash a check signed by the man who owns a massive restaurant chain, casinos, and the Houston Rockets!!! 🤣🤣 I will always go back to Senor Check cashing! Thanks for awesome SERVICE!

The girl jessica was so rude i was trying to cash a check and she was being so rude and plus wanted to charge me 500 dollars to cash a check it says 1% how does it go to that much plus i had bearly got out the dps from getting my id so i had the paper copy and she made it a big deal i just left but poor service she should be fired

The cashiers are despots and with the elderly they treat them badly, they discriminate against disabled people, my mother went to pay for the electricity and since she did not have the receipt, my mother gave her the cell phone so she could see the photo of Bill and the cashier who is there. Still answering the phones, he spoke badly to her and told her that the payment would be made until Wednesday and the old woman is still angry, they are here to help and their job is to be cordial. I dont know how they train people who dont like their work.

Very bad attention, really people how are you should not work here, this worker did not want to attend me just because I told her to count the money well, bad attitude, bad form, bad person and bad appearance !!! He should dress up a little more and brush his teeth more because the stink in his mouth also penetrated the glass! What a disgusting place !!!
