Im only giving Taylor Smith 5 star because, this is my 2nd time with them. Both times they placed me with great companys its been 7 years since I been back. In once again the company is about to hire me perminent.Now what Im so disappointed about is. Today is 8/9/2019 a Friday at 6:30pm and I have NOT RECEIVED my direct deposit....didnt get off until 5:30 pm so its no point of calling. 8/5/2019 was my start day with the company. You would think the cross over would be easy & smooth...NO. they havent posted my check stub on there website, my I.D # didnt work anymore for me to check my previous week time card.. its Tax free weekend and my 2 little ladys need their school supplies and uniforms.. So politely where is my MONEY?

Let me start off by saying that this place is a nice environment to work at everyone is courteous/Respectful of others...payroll is always on time. such great HR services. Friendly smiles that everyone greets with. the whole facility is just Awesome! Behind a Great entrepreneur there is a great backstory.

On 12/28/18 I havent got paid yet, so around 12 noon I contacted Taylor smith consulting payroll to see what reason no payment was posted? The lady simply said sorry for the in convince and I should receive my money By 4:30 Pm but no money never came .Its 12/31/18 and Im still waiting on my money I worked for and earned .This company is Poorly manage because she also said the same thing will happen next pay day and its been other occasions where i did not receive my money on time and the no calls or emails or person to inform me fairly or say when Ill receive my pay .

So i sxheduled an interview with Melvin. I used public transportation because i am new to the area. Got of the bus and followed my GPS, which lead me wrong. So I called front desk. Apparently the receptionist didnt know how to get thers as well. There are several buildings I approached with locked doors,ect. Calling again, she just tells me to find my way she has other incoming calls. If the company has lack of patience, directions, and communication where does that leave me? I did leave a messege but no returned calls. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I read reviews but still remained open to finding work. Hopefully this is helpful to other.

Smh...Very rude and unprofessional staff at this North Houston location...Ive been trying to be civilized and retrieve funds owed to me for over 20 days from a site I was referred to via Taylor Smith Consulting recruiter...I no longer ever want to be affiliated with any staffing of temp agency, this has been a very eye opening experience for me.

Resigned after working at TSC for almost 5 yrs. Disadvantages low pay, long hours, poor management, payroll delays, harassment, unsafe work environment,no retirement, high turnovers. Since I started at least 30 internal staff members are no longer with the company due to poor management. Advantages paid weekly, hires with criminal background.

They were a great experiance for my charcter...first i worked my tail off for 8.50 an hour...they never properly supplied theyre workers with P.P.E. were rude and nasty to deal with...worked at waste management and was reminded daily just what i was to deal with..But i did. I endured and kept my head down.i finally got a great job and beat it out of there...TY Taylor Smith...for i now knowthe true meaning of Humility and gratfulness..God makes everything work out for best...praise God. No hard feelings apperciate the growth and may God bless theyre company..

Horrible place to work they lie to you about your pay . You are never paid on time. They tell you to work but obviously do not expect you to have a car and parking lol tell you to pay for parking and they will possibly reimburse you, but of course they dont.You work all the hours with nothing to show for it. This place is the worst place to work. Your better off at labor ready, or pacesetters. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PPL THEY ARE A JOKE AND TAKE YOU FOR A JOKE. unless you just need to work Bc you burnt all your bridges already, hell even then I would go and try to fix the bridge.

Horrible place to work for. My first week I worked the first day which was a Monday all the way through Wednesday. Showed up Thursday, Friday & even Saturday & still didnt work. Second week I only worked Monday. Showed up the rest of the week & still didnt work plus I didnt get paid the second week for the first week. Third week, still nothing. & I only got paid for one day when all days that I was on the road was for recycle bins which is $95/day. All the days I showed up & didnt work I waited until 1pm. I kept checking with the supervisors at the pasadena location but they kept telling me to wait, when I tell them Im gonna leave they just say okay & wave bye. Idk about yall but I pay for gas especially when you drive a truck. This is a horrible place to work, never again. & Im calling them to see where the rest of my money is but nobody answers. Like always. I need my money or I will get my lawyer involved in this.
