There are very rude. Stay away from this firm. They just hang up on me. John Collins has a bad temper. Found me a better law firm.

Rude person who answered the phone on October 5, 2018 at 11:04 a.m. I inquired about a letter I had received. The person I spoke with was very condescending, abrupt and just plain rude. I guess I was not finding my information fast enough and he hung up in my face. Thats just rude for business and I will never reach out to this firm again in my life. Please do not send out literature to individuals if your heart is not in it to really provide assistance to individuals.
