Over several years I have taken a number of social media and direct mail classes. They have always been informative and helpful. Stuff is happening and changing so fast it makes sense to take a class to get up to speed on any social media topic that effects your business or life. More recently I had the need to take the class on gender Identity as I am the grandfather of a gay grandson and a non-binary granddaughter. I had no idea what pronoun to use when referring to my granddaughter. Shelleys class was extremely helpful. Now it takes some practice to get comfortable with the pronouns but at least I know how to talk respectfully.

I took a class a while back from Springboard and it was everything I had hoped and more! As a former educator, I am really attuned to what works in an educational setting and what does not. The course I took delivered great substantive content in the most effective way. I plan to do more in the future. A great value and experience!

I took a Springboard course on using social media. I was so afraid of Facebook based on some of the negative feedback Id received. After taking the course, I am not only better on Facebook for the past few years, by applying methods learned, my LinkedIn profile has helped secure speaking engagements and potential contracts. Im probably due for a refresher!
