I was extremely pleased with the way my shower came out. ! It was more than I expected!A HUGH shout out to Sean and Chris ! These two men did an AMAZING JOB, were VERY polite, and knowledgeable . Also left my bathroom just as nice as when they walked in! I would HIGHLY recommend bath fitters and your lucky if you get one or both of these men !

I am so pleased. Installation was extremely professional. Shaun Riley did a great job. Very patient, very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop for input as needed. Clean up was done properly. I am particularly pleased with the grab bars. Will recommend to friends.

I hired bath fitters to redo my standing shower three years ago. The door at the bottom begun to come apart and wet the floor during use. Someone came out to assess the issue on January 18, 2021. I was told that parts are ordered and will call when they are in. In a month I called to hear updates, only to be told they do not know when parts will be in and was also told they will call me back, well it is March 8, 2021 and NO one has called. After you have paid in full bath fitters seems to not want to honor their warranty. I was going to have them remodel another bathroom but after this treatment, I will be looking for another company.

Chris did a great job of repairing our Bathfitter tub! We love the new tub and werent charged for this minor repair!

The experience from consultation to installation was a seamless and pleasant process! Leslie was very personable and professional and she understood our budgetary concerns with remodeling our bathtub. She did not try to push us to purchase anything that we really didn’t need. The financing process was simple with a great interest-free option! Shaun did a wonderful job from start to finish with the installation and he finished in just one day! He made sure all the work areas were cleaned up and free of any debris. He then explained how to care for our new bath fitter unit and answered all of my questions before leaving. Leslie even stopped by during the installation process to see the work-in-progress!! Im very happy with my decision to use Bath Fitter!

Services not performed as promised. Didnt get what I paid for. Was told all new green sheetrock. Reused approximately half. Had to make three trips out here to complete the job. Original installer didnt get things done right. So a second came out and finished it correctly. Then a third one came out to finally install the correct fixtures. I think in total it was a three week job. Not a one day job as advertised.Too much money spent for the service recieved.I didnt give a one star only because it is a lot better than what we had before.Definitely get a couple of bids. And check reviews!MH

Bath Fitter did a full tear-out of our old fiberglass tubs and shower surrounds and upgraded us to huge bathtubs with gorgeous acrylic shower surrounds, and new Moen fixtures and valves.Chris Tieken was our installer for our guest bathroom project. AndZach Thompson installed the master bathroom project.Both arrived on time, were very friendly, worked very hard and did an incredible job!! We had an appoint for today (1/11/2021 @ 11:00) and they never show up!!!When I contacted Bath Fitter the Customer service guy said that he forgot the appointment!!!I drove 45 minutes for this appointment!!!!

Needed something done with a 15 year old fiberglass tub surround in bathroom. Contacted Bath Fitters. Called and scheduled a consult. Dan came out and was an excellent salesman. Presented us options, told us how it would all go, took measurements, etc. and was on his way. Received a call from Jose to let us know what day they would be out to install. Zach came out that scheduled morning (arrived early !) and was absolutely stellar !! Very professional and conscientious, and what a hard worker ! He cleaned up after himself and explained it all to us. This was an amazing experience and company to deal with. Thank you to the entire staff for a beautiful new tub/shower

We had a new shower installed yesterday and the entire experience was excellent. The installer, Zach Thompson, was friendly, professional, and did exactly what he said hed do: got the installation done on time and in one day. It was great to see the entire job done with minimal mess in the house, and cleanup was thorough. He reviewed all job details before the work started, then did the same with care and maintenance instructions and warranty coverage after. We highly recommend Zach and Bath Fitter.

We had installed a walk in shower over 15 years ago. I noticed a crack in the shower pan. I couldnt find my paperwork so I called and they only keep records for 5 years. They did send someone out who took pictures and a little over a week later I received a call confirming this was their product and they would take care of it. When Chris and Ryan came they were very prompt and courteous. The repair was done in less that 4 hours and looked great. They also made sure they had tidied up. This was all at no charge to me. I cant say enough about what good customer service they provide. I highly recommend them.

The Installer, Chris Tieken, was excellent. He told us exactly what he was doing and how long the installation would take. And, he finished all of the installation at the exact time he said he would. He review the new tube and shower and made sure that everything was working correctly before he left. He cleaned up everything, and it was hard to tell hed even been there when he left. We love our new shower and tub and thank Chris for his professionalism and thoroughness. GREAT JOB!

Just had a shower remodeling done today(3-11-19). Start to finished took about 8 hours. Brian started and finished the job and did a wonderful job. A lead installer came by and checked off Brian’s progress on a checklist. A master plumber came by and confirm all the plumbing was correct. Padding was put down from the front door to the bathroom to protect all the flooring. Cleaning was the last thing done and I’m happy with the result. Have no problem recommending Bath Fitter to anyone needing their service.

My wife and I recently had a shower installed that replaced our bath/shower combination. We are very happy with our new shower. We thank the Bath Fitter team who worked flawlessly to get the shower we wanted. We especially want to thank Zach Thompson (Bath Fitter Installer) for his excellent workmanship. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the shower.

Just cancelled my consult. Wanted to speak with someone that comes out to ask a simple question so that Im not wasting my time or theirs before they come out. Phone person was nice and all, but was not grasping my question. got a bad feeling about this so i dont think i need to give them my hard earned cash. ** I see the owners reply - price was not the issue. Cant talk past the receptionist. Ask to speak to someone on a technical issue as far as construction goes. Seems like a simple request to give me potential customer a few minutes to ask. But i guess m wrong.

Our shower had a crack in the floor that we had patched twice and we dreaded the thought of having to replace it. We have a very narrow door into the Master bath and could not see how we were going to be able to get the new surround in. My husband had seen the Bath Fitter ads and suggested we give them a call.David, our salesman was very professional and answered all of our questions. He went over everything and explained all of our options. I was very interested in having the new shower put in.....until I saw the price. I was not sure I was ready to make that kind of investment. We said we needed to think about it. David was not at all pushy. He left us the information but said he would keep in touch. After he left, thinking it over I realized this was not something we could do ourselves and it would really give us a beautiful new shower.A couple weeks later David called and told us they were having a special promotion. He came out a few days later and we signed up for our new shower!. It did not take but about 2 weeks and the installer Zack came out to put in our new shower. I was not home so I asked my husband to text me progress pictures. I could not believe that this one person was going to transform my shower for me. He did everything that David told us he would do. He put down runners so he did not track in dirt. He cleaned up everything when he was done. He even vacuumed! He was just finishing up when I got home. I am so glad I got to meet him and thank him for the terrific job he did.They promise you a Wow Moment and that is the truth. I love my new shower. It is everything they promised and more. Brian Cook/installer was excellent at installing my new shower! He worked very hard, kept cleaning up as he went and it looks beautiful!! He deserves all the kudos one could give.

The installation went very smooth. The installer, Brian Cook, was very personable. He did his prepping to make sure areas that he was going through stayed clean and explained what he was going to do. Brian keep me informed during the install process on what he was doing. When the work was done, Brian cleaned everything up, left nothing behind. He went over the warranty and the cleaning/care of the product. Brian did a great job and represented Bathfitters in a great way.

I had a great experience. Nancy my consultant came out 2x. She was friendly and very informative. Later the technician named Chris came back to install the shower and tub and he also was very friendly. I am very pleased with my overall experience.

Bathfitter was a huge mistake. The shelves in the tub and now shower have fallen off the wall. They were taped, not screwed in. The installation was slow and ruined my wallpaper. There are cracks in the seams that are filled with mold. The process by Bathfitters has been a total nightmare. So disappointing. Now I have to redo the bathrooms.

We just got our bathroom done last week. It took Brian just few hours to finish it. Getting our bathroom renovated by them was the best idea.

The results was as promised by the product supervisor Jose Castillo and the installers Zach Thompson and Ryan Zenier were polite, professional, knowledgeable, very respectful, did a fantastic job and left the areas clean. I am very happy.

I had two bathrooms redone by Bath Fitter. After a bit of confusion getting the dates set up, Michael came out to do the installation. First install went great, without a hitch! Very pleased with the work. Second bathroom he found a big plumbing issue with my drain pipe, which required a plumber out to fix. Very glad he made me aware of it! He offered to come back out on the weekend to finish everything but found time earlier to finish. Overall very satisfied with Michael, Terah, and everyone I came into contact with at Bath Fitter (including the master plumber they sent out who fixed some drainage issues caused by cutting the cast iron drain that the first plumbers did.) I love my new tubs!

Brian Cook did a great job of replacing the base of my walk-in shower in which Bath Fitters installed in 2015.

It was not a very pleasant experience for us. We spent a lot of money for the new bath/shower. After signing the contract and deposit, we had difficult time getting a hold of Steve, the seller, and Rick, the manager. It took them 9 months to finish our shower/bath. If it was not for the installer, we would still be in the mess.

Bathfitter installation was seamless even though they did have to come out more than once, that was OK because the end result is perfection. I highly recommend getting a bathfitter product.

After they installed new tub and shower surround our toilet stopped working. Called our local plumber out; turned out install done wrong (plumbing under tub that connect to toilet) cost us over 4 hundred to fix. Took photos of messed up plumbing and sent bathfitters the bill with photos and statement plumber wrote on bill. They do not want to pay even though their guy did plumbing wrong. Their salesman said we warrant our work for life. Yeah, i cant tell. Dont waste your money people.

We had a bath liner installed. The installer didnt seal the liner right, it was too thin. One day when I took a hot shower the sealant came up and water got in between the liner and tub. Its been 2 months and we have been given the run around. We schedule an appointment and no one comes out. This has happened twice now. It is also damaging our tile and rotting the wood underneath. All this company wants is your money!!! After installation youre on your own! Theu wont fix problems rhey caused! Dont do it!

My experience was a waste of time. After a home visit and three request for quote including call to Manager no quote provide after over 3+ weeks. Would have no confidence in performance of install.

Had a presentation delivered by their salesman, which was ok. Prior to getting the appointment set their appointment setter got it wrong twice. We then agreed upon an install date and received a written confirmation of the date. Five days before the confirmed install date, we get another written confirmation for a DIFFERENT date. No one has reached out to us since the first confirmation asking if anything could be changed, it has been over two weeks since all the arrangements were made. Schedule for work had to be changed to accommodate the valid confirmed date. Have been trying to contact the local Houston office since they opened at 8 am. cannot get a live person. The automated service states it is connecting you. You get put on hold, line rings for a couple of minutes. Then a message states no one is available to take the call. Tells you to leave a message and they will call back, but no one does. Spoke to the customer service center which is centralized and they tried to contact the local Houston office as well, same thing happens to them. Nicole stayed on hold with us for over 15 minutes trying to get them to answer the phone, no one did. Was given a corporate number to contact a Monica, went to voice mail as well but could not leave a message as it cut off. These folks are communicative when they want the down-payment but after that forget it. This has been our experience with them. You cannot email them either because when they send you info it comes from an email that does not accept responses. Based upon my experience with this business, I would 👎 NOT recommend them to anyone. At this point, they have a down-payment from me, but are on borderline breach of what was agreed on. And then do NOT communicate with people to clarify their actions when the customer attempts to engage and get an explanation. DO NOT DO business with these people. Unprofessional and non responsive.
