Just nice cool calm and collected one day I may be able to afford me a wedding there

Hey y’all, I usually don’t ever give bad reviews but this one was deserved.So this event place holds pop-up events when they have weddings or events and they have vendors pay to be there to sell their products.They guaranteed many things like having a Dj, 100s of people to show up, and more but none of this is true. Multiple vendors showed up and were there for around 4 hours and not a single person showed up because they didn’t even have a event that day.Many of the vendors were mad and asked the coordinator named Jennifer for a refund but she went around telling everyone “I don’t handle the money and refunds. The manager Melissa and owner Ronnie does.”So I then went to Melissa and she said that only Jennifer handles the money and refunds and what she said wasn’t true.I then went back to Jennifer and she admitted that she had lied and does handle the money but she just doesn’t want to give out refunds, and that’s why she said she doesn’t.She then said we could contact the owner Ronnie about getting a refund from him instead.We asked the owner for a refund on a phone call of $65 because of the false guarantees that they gave and we were very calm and kind on the phone, but the phone call ended in the owner calling me a “mother f**ker” and hanging up on me for asking for a refund and complaining about the false guarantees.Just be aware this place has very poor management and people working in it. I would never trust a place that lies multiple times over and over without hesitation.And I have recently heard many other people have said they feel this way also, so I’m not the only one.

A very unprofessional business. Don’t believe what they “guarantee”, everything they said they would provide for many vendors they never did and when we confronted them about it we were cursed out and told we would not revive a refund. Please do not support this business.

I cannot say enough about this banquet hall. Melissa was very courteous and most important all promises were met. My daughter had the greatest time here and I recommend this place for any event you are having. The bar is huge, the dance floor has lots of space, restrooms are clean and Melissa is very flexible with the packages offered. I will definitely look to book here again!

I would definitely recommend this place. This will be our second time getting this venue. It’s great for any size party. Can’t say enough about Melissa (Event Coordinador) she will go above and beyond to make things happen.. she is very professional with great recommendations. Love it here, this venue always looks beautiful and very clean.

Was very amazed and impressed with what I saw when we went to view the place on yesterday. The place was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was very professional and helpful. We are planning a youth banquet there in December. Hope all goes as planned! If so, we will most definitely be back!

Went to my nieces birthday party here. Cute on the inside the parking lot was small. The bussers started picking up everything about an hour and a half after everyone got there some people werent finished eating. But hey every venue is different.

Went out to see the venue, loved it. But afterwards, when trying to pay our deposit, the lady was non responsive after I had an issue with my Cash app. That was her suggested method of payment to secure the date. When asked if I could just drop off my deposit, no response. Side note: I wont beg anyone to take my money.

Nice space for a gathering. Need more accessible bathrooms.

This place is run by very professional and highly motivated individuals.

It was too hot in did not enjoy myself

The lady that was helping me her name is Ana and she was so rude. Acting like she was doing me a favor. I called and asked for a quote and when I got there she said that the decoration and centerpieces were not included! I specifically asked her over the phone if they were. She was awful. Complete waste of my time having to drive all the way there.

Once on the inside its really nice, however I cant say the same for the woman who is in charge. Upon our arrival as we proceeded to bring in a cooler we were told that no drinks were allowed because of some liquor license law. I explained that it was just water and sodas but this lady became very defensive. As she continued to go on and on about it I finally said ok lady we got it!!!! Yes in frustration, she then states that no one was going to be talking to her like this. Keep in mind that no profanity or harsh words were used. She was so very unprofessional. Throughout the event I witnessed two other times were she was very ugly even toward the next customer who was scheduled later that day. I could continue with other things but my main point is to voice how we were treated and to me that was totally unnecessary!!! I would never go back to this place again!!!!

Melissa is very patient sales rep. She stayed late to show me the hall and work with my budget to make my daughters celebration unforgettable.
