Nicely decorated, great set up t o have party or event. Only problems the AC did not work to cool all the bodies🥺 The parking was adequate shared with other businesses.

Do not recommend this place and very unprofessional!!! Waiters were very rude to the guest and also would ignore them. Videographer wanted to fight with my uncle over some picture and also made the birthday girl and her friends uncomfortable. Only person that was very nice was the Dj and the security. Horrible!!

My daughters quinceanera was perfect. Everything was so beautiful the staff was amazing, bartender was on fire, DJ was representing and a special thanks to mely she answered every question i had from the beginning to the end. I definitely recommend Los Alcatraces!! Thank you 🙏

I have nothing but good things to say about this hall & the management. Rented it for a graduation. The manager (I think her name is Meli) was great from the beginning all the way to the end. She answered all our questions and was very accommodating. She really tried to make the party special. Food & cake were great. The decor they put out for us was very nice. The open bar & their bartenders were awesome.Security outside and also in the parking lot. Overall I had a really great experience here and I would book another event with them.

I dont think that I could have had a better experience than the one I had at Los Alcatraces. My wedding was beyond what I could have dreamed of and imagined it to be, and people are still complementing the venue. My coordinator Mariana and Melly were amazing to work with. They wrangled my my bridal party of 20 like a pro, and I couldnt have asked for better. The staff went above and beyond that day as well, stepping in to help with extra things to help the evening go more smoothly. I was so impressed the entire time that I didnt even have a chance to worry. I absolutely owe this to Nelly and her team and the staff who really went all out to make my day perfect!

This hall is beautiful!! It’s right off 59 and Aldine mailThe management is very professional and very kind. I just had my reception there in January and Nelly paid very close attention to details. Very organized staff and very polite! The bar was open bar we got to bring in our alcohol and they provide the ice and the bartender. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful stress free event!!

I recently came here for a 15 event. The hall looked clean, the waitress were very nice and the food was good. I like more how the tables were decorated. The only issue is the parking lot. There isnt too much space where cars can park.

I have to tell you these people are outstanding I have never ever felt so wonderful about doing business with a company! They were wonderful from the management all the way down to the servers I highly recommend them for any of your needs the place is very clean they know how to do things right! They work with you as far as flexibility with my budget, I was very pleased! My day was unbelievable they made everything happen for me all of the staff to the owner they were very humble and acomadating they made me feel so at home the place is so very spotless I mean it is very clean and organized, if I could go anywhere else again I would certainly go back to this business again. I cant say how much I enjoyed having our wedding with them they were just absolutely wonderful I thank them from the bottom of my heart they made our wedding day so very special!! This place looks beautiful in pictures but the representatives promise promise but the day of my wedding they said they would have my photo booth last minute day of wedding no show, not enough food, my decorations were dying flowers, they stole my Mexican candy gave my guest only a few, they took first half of money and wouldnt answer my calls it was my last straw when No Photo Booth! Wouldnt recommend it!

I booked for a 15 and paid in full within 2 weeks of signing contract. The entire process is a nightmare. Before I signed the contract they were very nice and sounded professional. Im very unsatisfied with their management changing options and upgrades I paid for and the way youre treated and spoken to once they pocket your money. Please look elsewhere and do not consider booking your event here. Unfortunately, due to my contract being paid in full I got STUCK because they will not refund a dime. I would much rather spend more $$$ elsewhere where youre respected and valued as a person and your event is also valued and not add so much unnecessary stress, after all some of us single mothers sacrifice our all to make our daughters dream Quince come true, for lousy management to run this type of business is purely pathetic.

I helped in the procees for a 15th and the entire process was a nightmare once I signed the dotted line on the contract. Before I signed the contract they were very nice and professional. I was very unsatisfied about my entire ordeal which was supposed to be peaches and cream for my princess special day. My suggestions are please look elsewhere before coming here. Unfortunately, due to my contract I got STUCK with having to make the best of my situation. Im sure your money will be and feel worth spending elsewhere. Especially where you are treated professionally.

I love this place! Everyone is so profesional! From the moment you meet them until its your last day it is just an amazing experience! Very helpful people, my wedding was amazing! I had my event last year in November and it was amazing! My husband loved everything, these people are so well organized! From the moment you begin to choose the colors you and all your details everything is wonderful I loved how they had two tables set up for me in different ways of decor for me to choose from and the food was amazing! The way they plate everything up was beautiful! I loved working with Mely and Mariana they are wonderful people I will so choose this Hall again for another event! Im sorry for who ever had a bad experience here but I dont know could a bad review apear on here. These people are amazing!!

The experience was horrible, they promised me something they never gave me, they never edited the video of my daughters at the time of the party, the room decided to sell daisies without my permission to my guests on the day of the 15 of my daughters a lady came screaming that he wanted his video of his daughters party that 6 months ago they did not give it to him, he paid me a hummer and he brought me a bus, but the truth was left unprepared by this service, I thought it would be a special night and it was never made the meal They served well and made a mess.

The place is nice but the manager is very arrogant and rude to the guests. After the event we ran thundering our fingers, telling the security officer to take us out as it would when we were collecting all the leftover drinks. I dont know what his intention was about drinks but he didnt want to let us pick everything up. We only receive rudeness from the manager, I do not recommend this place at all while this lady is working there, she has no education. If I could give them zero stars!

The place is very nice, but to begin with, # 1 design k is for 400 people or more and there is no room for 300. # 2 the food they gave us 2 pieces of meat or even for a taco they reached us they left us without serving us, they began to Serving at 6:30 and 15 by 8:00 they no longer had food and we only opened about 200 people and it was supposed to be 400, # 3 my cousin paid for pizza for the children and they did not give her anything, # 4 the beer and margaritas were free and the margaritas were sold for 5 dollars, my cousin brought almost 40 24 of beer and they said k no longer abia they stole it # 5 they will not let us have bottles of wine something ridiculous, # 6 in the end the manager told us k the partys over, get out now. A waitress brewed a beer for my cousin on her feet, terrible people the k runs the place I dont recommend it or ahunk they pay me to use it and Im sorry for my cousin k tube k apologize to all of us they felt very sorry k are the fault of the They seize the party for the terrible service of these people.
