My experience with Atty Jesse was absolutely horrible. I met with him twice (once was a so called free consultation fee which I was later charged $150 at the end when we mutually terminated our agreement. The second time I was charged an additional $150 for meeting with him for one hour. Prior to me paying the total $300, we agreed that the payments I made would go towards my BK fee. In other words, I was making payments towards my case to get file by this Atty. Well, when I met with him on the 3rd time to pay him the remaining amount in full, he went up on his price and could not clearly explain why. If you go to his office, you will see why. While waiting in his waiting room to meet with him, a baby roach began crawling up my leg. I was very much upset about this but did not say anything about. I was even more upset when he went up on the price and said it was because I had an expensive car or because of my lifestyle, but was very vague as to why the fee increased. This attorney may be desperate for money. Go to his office and you will see a run down office building, his daughter works the front, she is not the nicest person and sometimes it smells like mildew.He may possibly have what some may consider anger issues as he always talk like he whispers but then yells at you when you ask him questions that he may not want you to ask. With me he would act like oh I guess you did not hear me clearly let me repeat it a different way or oh you are confused sweetheart let me start over again. I would not recommend this attorney and would strongly suggest that you find another BK attorney because there is one on every block here in Houston. Sent him an email and he stated he called me on the phone refusing to reply back, and refused to refund the $300 that I paid towards my case. However, he said he was not going to put it in writing.Once you meet with him you will see what I mean.
