I called about info on bonding my son out of jail, Ms Chell explained and walked me through everything. When I got off work at 8 pm and arrived all the paperwork was ready waiting on me. The staff is very informative. A few hours later my son was released with NO problem(s). We went to 3 other bailbonds before coming here and all said they could bail my brother out when i clearly told them it was an Appeal bond n they took our money and end up not being able to bail him out plus taking a portion of the money and then making us wait 10-15 days that takes them to process the refund plus the 7-10 business days the bank takes to give it back!!! MS.SHELL IS THE BEST AND KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING I THANK GOD WE FOUND HER N I HOPE YOU DO TOO!!! I just wish we found her 1 year and half ago so my brother could have been out but we got disappointed when 3 bailbond places did the same bs... The process with Ms shell was smooth!!
