I called and visited a number of places around the entire Houston area to get quotes but when I stopped by Paxtor Auto Upholstery, not only did he give me the BEST price out of all of them upfront, he also agreed to have everything done in one day which was vital for me as this is my only vehicle and I couldnt be without it for more than a day. EVERY other shop wanted to keep my brand new truck for 2-3 days and on top of that, charge me hundreds more. When I got the call that my seats were done and went to pick the truck up, I couldnt stop smiling. They did an absolutely amazing job on both the front and the back seats. Called this place as I was leaving another shop. He gave me a general quote. Went by and he looked at my issue. The headliner on my 04 E320 needed to be replaced. He gave me a reasonable quote and also fixed my sunroof track. Looks great. Jose and his son really good guys

Agreed with the other reviews, dont let the look of this place fool you. Paxtor and his son are courteous and nice people who did a great job fixing my headliner with the best deal in the market. The quality of my new headliner is pretty good. Plus, after knowing that I dont have a ride and will wait in the shop, they squeezed me into their busy schedule on a Saturday and finished the job within 3 hours. In short, great deal with excellent service!

Great work done. Very fast. I had the carpet on my 1996 Impala SS replaced. Jose had it in in about 4 hours. The place looks shabby but the work is top notch and well within budget.

I was sent here by the mechanic down the street and I normally dont go to places that are run down and look so run down, they did a horrible job. Had scratches on my car and air bag light came on. Very disappointed and will never go back. I should have known better. The place is not professional and I am lucky the car was not stripped or stolen. I ended up going tons place the dealer recommended and they corrected this horrible work 0 stars

I took my 2010 Lexus convertible in to have seats recovered; Seatbelts replaced; and carpet replaced. I was charged $2500 for the work. In good Faith I pay what I owed. Shortly afterwards I noticed the quality of the workmanship was not Lexus quality. The tension on my Seatbelts had to be adjusted there was no tension. And last but not least my air conditioner went out! I took my vehicle to Lexus for diagnostics. I was informed that because the carpeting had been installed incorrectly the excess carpet got tangled up in the gears of my air-conditioning system destroying my entire air-conditioning unit! Now it has been determined that it will cost $6000 to replace my air conditioning system! I called the owner, and asked for their insuranceinformation. I was told by him that he had no insurance. So; a $2500 job ended up costing me $6000 plus the $2500 I paid for the work; with what appears to be no recourse. Im going to get an attorney and hes going to get my car fixed. Lexus told me not to allow them to try to replace the carpet because he could bring more damage to my air-conditioning unit, and my vehicle. I would recommend that when you pay high dollar for your vehicle ($53.000.00) which is an investment; Always consider; you get what you pay for. I had never, ever had a problem with my vehicle before now. My rating for this company is a ZERO.
