Used to have them for home and auto, but I got tired of them never getting back to me when I had a question. More importantly, got really tired of overpaying for auto insurance. I called and tried to find out why my rate was so high and they wouldnt even attempt to find out. Instead they would just say thats the rate Allstate is providing right now. Funny how I switched and my monthly bill dropped by $100 a month! Not exaggerating either, literally $100 a month! Here shortly, I will be switching my homeowners as well. Allstate wont be getting another penny from me.
Nick Nguyen has been my agent for years. Theyre really nice when it comes to customer service. Always willing to help so I recommend going to him for any insurance needs.

I personally dont use AllState. I have another Insurance Company. But, I give 5 stars after seeing the reviews. People are acting in a petty fashion if they criticize these folks for cold calling. It is very hard to make money calling people over the phone and they have bills to pay.
HERES an idea - if you REALLY want to help... STOP CALLING ME! I have never done business with you, do not WANT to do business with you and I DO NOT appreciate unsolicited calls at all hours. STOP CALLING ME - and from the sound of it - there are SEVERAL people who feel the same way I do! I am on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST - it would be advisable if you started abiding by that!!
Texted our place of business (a Farmers Insurance agency) soliciting jobs to our producers. Unbelievable. Surprised to see this is even a real company.
They are making cold, illegal calls to cell phones in areas far from them trying to sell insurance. No way.
Why is Allstate calling without their name (Allstate) showing up on caller ID? I do business with Allstate, but getting annoying calls at 8:30 AM with no name on caller ID is enough for me to change to another ins company.
