I’ve been working with Justin Thomas for years, and I have always been exceedingly impressed with the service that I received over these past few years. Great agent with a great staff underneath him I have never had a call go unanswered and I have always had my problems dealt with within the first call. I have been pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness from this group. I had many questions and needed guidance regarding homeowners insurance, flood insurance, auto insurance etc and they were always available to walk me through my coverage. Matt Deel and Heather B. were always there to help me out and Matt was extremely helpful in reviewing my auto insurance policy during the pandemic. I highly recommend them.

I was very lucky to give him a chance. Not only did he give me a lower car quote but he also saved me some money on my renters insurance and I now have a life policy for less than what I was paying with the other place. I challenge anyone to try and get a hold of Justin Thomas personally. He is never available to speak with. I went through a very serious robbery issue with my vehicle. No one in his office was able to give me a straight answer on a very simple question. I called repeatedly over several weeks and there is always an excuse as to why he can not talk to me. He has hired several young females to run his office that appear to have no insurance experience or common sense for that matter. My challenge to you is to try and speak with him directly... it will NEVER happen! I fully expect to have a state farm agent I can trust and speak to directly when my questions are not properly answered by his hired staff.

I was looking to change insurance from Allstate after my rates went up. Valerie and Heather were able to make my switch super easy. They seemed super knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I even managed to refinance my car at a lower rate! I was glad to find out that they also have Spanish speakers like Rocio and Nelva. That will hopefully help my dad make the switch as well.

Worst customer service in my entire life!!! They can’t supply information requested a month ago and laugh about customer’s unsatisfied with services. They have a “Don’t care” attitude about customers needs. It’s very pitiful when one has to get a subpoena from a judge to get basic information from this office!! Their customer service is appalling and untrustworthy!!!

I was originally with Bob Cooper, before Justin Thomas acquired his business. Everything went down hill when that happened. Good luck trying to get anything you need sent to you. Zero accidents in the 14 years i was with them and all of the sudden my rate goes up $50 and no help or answers as to why. I have taken my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.
