We have been clients of Jim Webb for over 30 years. Jim and his office have always responded almost immediately. He treats you as if youre the only customer. We had a contract plumber company replace all of the horizontal pipes in out attic. They didnt connect one properly and flooded half our house. Jim was here almost immediately to check things out - he even went up in the attic to assess what was happening, State Farm put us up in a nice hotel since there were fans everywhere drying out the water and we had no access to a bath room. We would recommend Jim Webb and State Farm to anybody for honest and outstanding service.

I have had insurance with Jim Webb for almost 30 years. He and his staff have helped me not only with home, health and auto insurance purchases but also the claims that come with it. I would not consider making decisions without at least consulting with him regarding the insurance implications and how it might affect my family positively or negatively. He will take the time to sit with me and not only explain the insurance policy, but make certain that I understand what he just explained.He will explain the cheapest and the more expense options and let me decide which is best for me. I am thankful I visited with him before just switching after 15 minutes of ‘research’ – what a mistake that would have been!If you have not worked with someone who cares, you need to call Jim Webb’s office. His staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and well trained - they have been there almost as long as he has. I cannot say enough good things about Jim Webb and his staff. He really is an Agent who knows his business and cares that I understand what I am buying.

I have been a customer at Jim Webb’s office for years. Last year, I was in an accident and my car was totaled. He took charge and organized for me to have a rental car the next day. Whether it was during the week or even on the weekend, Jim Webb was available to talk/walk me through each step of the way. Because he was willing to take the extra time to explain each policy and cost/process in detail, I was able to cover all my hospital costs and not have to worry about being out $$$. His office staff (Yoli and Rosa) are always huge help. But it’s such a nice change when I stop by an office to actually see and talk to the agent in person. I have been with State Farm, Specifically Jim Webbs office since I first started to drive at 16 years old. I have now been with him for 34 years and will NOT be using anyone else. I have my home, auto and had renters insurance through Jim Webb. I have moved away from Houston and the service is still top notch, despite being 5 hours away.Their service is awesome, claims are a breeze and the entire staff is like Family. Jim has been our agent for about 35 years and we’ve always received exception service from the entire team! It is likely that a shopper could find cheaper insurance products that those offer d by State Farm, but there is no chance they would receive the quality of service provided by Jim! He has the experience and the commitment to see you through any difficulty!

Customer Service has gone down the drain. Rates has gone up compared to other insurance competitors. Jim web agency will not do anything to match rates even though one has been a long time customer(26 years). Would not recommend!
