Had to file a claim for a car accident through the other party’s insurance (Infinity). The adjuster Americo lied to me on the phone regarding the incident. Do not trust these folks as your provider.

Wow, i wish i read all the review before got this insurance, right now we are dealing with the same complaints i see in past reviews, not answer at all, i have sent several emails, I have called many times, the policy information has an adjuster assigned but is not the person supposed handling the case. this people is a fraud we need to report them!

Was charged $256 for 15days of use. I canceled cuz i was asked to pay 380 15days after i paid $256. It was not just expensive but like a scam.Please shop around and dont get your insurance here.Check photo i posted.

They dropped me and didnt make me aware. Which was weird because I had my policy on an automated monthly payment. They didnt send me a letter, email, or gave me a phone call regarding the matter. When I called them to ask them what happened they couldnt give me an answer. Now I have to pay more because of the lapse time. I am very annoyed with this company right now. Also to get on the phone with them to get answers took forever. Do not go with this company!

Dont believe what they said about the price for your policy, they supposedly start low ($60/70) dlls Then They increased my premium ($379) ridiculous,!!. Per month !!I cancelled before the six months and anyways They Still charged me for the rest of the policy because they said I was in a contract for the six months . I never see that!!! Dont buy from them .

Short version/la version corta:Go read the Facebook posts for this company. Dont give these people money. They are unreachable and unprofessional. Ive been trying to reach my adjuster for 4 days, called 20+ times and left voicemails, and still havent heard from them.Lee los posts por Facebook. No les da tu dinero. No me ha llamado ni escrito todavía y no he tenido un coche por 4 días ya.Detailed version/más larga:I was rear-ended on Sunday by a gentleman who has full coverage through Infinity Insurance. All things considered, he was kind, admitted fault, and the police report was filled as such.I am very frustrated that despite the other driver having full coverage with Infinity and notifying the company on the day of the accident, I have yet to hear from them.I filed a claim myself on Monday and have both called and emailed my adjuster the pictures of the accident. On Tuesday, they switched my adjuster for an unspecified reason, so I called the new one, left a voice mail with both the claim and policy numbers, and forwarded the pictures.The new adjuster, Andy Ragland, apparently called me at 6:53am on Wednesday. Who calls anyone pre-7am? I called multiple times, again to no avail. Its frustrating that his voicemail recording says hell return calls by end of business or 10am the next day. He sent followed through on that on two days in a row.Today is Thursday. Still nothing. No contact from the company, let alone an estimator for my cars damages or a rental vehicle. I call the main customer service line to request a new adjuster, and they cant help me with that, so I request for the supervisor.The said supervisor - Herbert Bert Bean - not only doesnt answer the call but also has his voicemail box full. And you call yourself a supervisor in a customer-oriented service industry? No wonder people you are (clearly not) supervising arent doing their work.The options to connect me to some other staff also doesnt work, so I call back the customer service. They say they can leave msgs through the internal system to both Andy and Bert.That was at 10:06am today. It is now 5:14pm, and I of course have yet to hear from anyone from Infinity. At this point, Im about to go through my lawyer to handle not only the bodily damage but also the property damage, because the level of lack of communication is absurd.I feel bad for anyone who pays this company money or has to deal with them. Read the Facebook posts of upset customers. The customer service people are nice, but the adjusters are unprofessional and have so far proven to be useless.

My husband was hit by this insurance company, supposedly he was going to call him to see how much they were going to pay him for the car and it has been a month and not a call, the car was taken away but they have not called

Please do not grab this company, it does not serve more than two years with them and now that I need them, they do not solve anything. Do not throw your money away.

I am paying too much almost 200 😠 a month and I am 28, it is assumed that it is less according to age and at 3 months and the contract ends.
