I dropped off my Roland KC550 for repairs over 4 months ago and my calls are not returned or the phone just rings. I was initially told that the pre amp was burned out and that the part was back order. The technician then said he would make efforts to seek for a used component to get my amp working but it seem he has lost momentum and didnt bother to tell me so.

I have repeatedly engaged Adam Denoth to tech on my different guitars (elec, acc) and mandolin .I am very happy with the result!Adam is very thorough and able to devote enough time to get my gear to actually tune right ( which can be quite a feat). He has also performed repairs for me that really helped the upkeep of the instruments for the future .I find Adam very customer service oriented, and always abundantly giving of his time .He holds vast amounts of knowledge in his field of expertise, and a big “boon “ is that I always learn something every time I visit him ( I like that :)Let’s get this guy even more pro clients, he really deserves it !Thanks Adam, Mikael Sundin

I utilized MSU for my wedding after my venues preferred DJ backed out last minute. MSU was better than the standard DJ companies because they offered really interesting services like VJing (my guests loved having stuff to casually watch) and tv rentals (really classed up the wedding slideshow!). I would recommend MSU to anyone planning an event because they were easy to work with (online payments, easy correspondence by email or phone, & friendly. MSU made time to consult with me on the wedding day (when I was being pulled a thousand directions) to ensure I was pleased with how their setup looked. Their lighting turned my garden-room style venue into an elegant, exciting party without breaking the bank.MSU was the best vendor I worked with throughout the entire wedding process.
