I used this company a while ago and I still get upset just thinking about it.They are unprofessional and none of their employees are licensed infrastructure workers. Simeom came out today and mounted two TVs right away. It was a lot more reasonable than best buy. Best buy would have charged me 199 plus in wall cost for covering the wires. Thanks, will be using him fo again very satisfied!!!!

Very Ghetto Do Not Recommend!

This is the second time Ive used IT Infrastructure. The first was in May 2017 to install security cameras and a WiFi booster. The second time was Oct 2018 to install an additional set of cameras. In between Ive had a few minor questions and needs. The company has always been responsive, polite, and reasonably priced. The security cameras are clear and the quality is great.

Simeon did a great job with our TV and Surround Sound system installation. He was very helpful and professional with quick service. I recommend this company and Simeon for all of you electronic installation needs.

I hired this company to mount 3 TVs. First, they were two hours late. Second, not one TV is level. After several attempts to reach them to correct the poor work I gave up. I’m pursuing legal action. Stay away from this company.

Home Advisor hooked me up with IT Infrastructure as a recommended pro. I am not one to leave a bad review, but I dont want others to share my bad experience. There is too much competition out there, pick another company. Just a brief summary of what happened. They were supposed to call or text before arrival and did not, just showed up. I had worked out with the person taking my order for a call or text when they were on the way. I told the scheduler I was between this company and another. He matched their price to get my business. When the installers arrived they told me I would have to pay extra to mount the sound bar under the TV. I said ok, of corse how much? I was originally going to use wireless sound so I did not pre negotiate a price on the sound bar. He shot a ridiculass price at me and we agreed on a lower price, but still too high. When the job was done I went to pay with my credit card and he said I would have to pay an extra $79 to use my card. I told him it was all I had and he wanted me to drop everything and let him follow me to my bank to pay him. I insited to use my card and not pay a ridiculous add on fee. He would not budge and insisted that everyone pays extra to use a credit card no matter where you shop. I wanted him to stick to our negoated price and take my credit card and he would not. I ended up due to his persistence, finding an old check from an old address and he got his way. I told him I was very mad and he did not care. I even told him to take his credit card fee out of what I am going to have to pay to fix the holes he left in the wall. He said the hols were because he had to lower the sound bar, like it was not a problem just normal business. I said so you messed up and mounted the sound bar wrong, had to move it, and it is my problem? He said yes. Again I told him I was very upset. I called his office twice since they left, a week ago, asking for a call back about my bad service and have never received that call.
