We recently moved into our new home in September and we wanted to mount our 65 inch flatscreen on our brick chimney mantle. We called a few places and they said it couldn’t be done because the chimney was curved. We called the team and not only could they mount the TV they were able to place the cable cords through the attic and out through the brick in the chimney surface. Everything was seamlessly hidden with no cords hanging out of the back. The team was professional and provided amazing customer service.

What an amazing experience from start to finish!I contacted this business based on my partner’s recommendation to do so (based on their reviews on Google)! I called, left a message, and was contacted the same day by Jay (exact spelling may be incorrect). He was VERY knowledgeable and spent time getting to know what exactly we wanted. We were looking for someone to mount two TVs, a 65” and a 55” in two different rooms. We also wanted the cords hidden as we are sticklers about it looking neat. We were able to get in on the Black Friday pricing but honestly their customer service alone is worth the regular price.Even though the other techs were tied up and running a tad behind schedule, Jay came himself to start and complete the install (thumbs up in my book as I am a BIG stickler for communication from a business!) We ended up getting another electrical outlet installed as to be able to hide the wires. He took the time to ensure the outlet was exactly where I wanted and even provided suggestions!This is my first time ever hiring someone to get TVs mounted and I’m so happy my partner found them! I tried deleting this review but am having trouble. Our TV installation was scheduled for a Saturday for expected arrival between 9am-1pm. No one came or called but Jay did reach out on Sunday to let us know that the reason was their trucks had gotten in an accident. The offered a full refund.The reason for four instead of five was that after I called around, I received several lower offers. One offered same day installation for $150. I think if you are a smaller job it may be worth it to do your research.

Jay came out to install a mount over a fireplace. We were trying to get it done within a couple of hours as a surprise for my mom in law! The moment he arrived he came in safety mask and gloves, which I appreciated that. He was friendly, professional, very helpful with educating me in the proper mount needed. My whole experience was incredible. I cold called Jay to get a sense of what the process and pricing was on a Monday. He walked me through exactly how they would mount the TV and conceal wires and the One Connect Box. They came out the exact day I was looking for that same week. George and Erik walked me through the mounting process and what exactly they would be doing. It took some creativity on their part given the configuration of the wall, but they got the job done beautifully. I will be purchasing another Frame TV in the near future and they will be the ones I call to mount it. Would highly recommend this experience.

Today, TV Installation Houston came over to mount my 60” TV and floating TV stand in my 6th floor apartment with metal studs spaces 24” apart. This was not a small task. From the moment the technician arrived, he was task oriented, focused, and friendly. In a little over an hour the job was done flawlessly. He also drilled a new hole on top of the TV stand and left me with some wire bands to for seamless cable management. Not to mention gave some great recommendations for good restaurants in my area! Best service ever! I was in a real bind my boss wanted is TV installed the very day it was delivered, notification for delivery was less then 24 hours. I called TV Installation Houston, and even through they were booked up the manager was able to squeeze me in the next day. A few hours before they were scheduled to come out I received notification that the company my boss bought his TV from left it off the truck. I was able to call TV Installation Houston, before they headed out, and attempted to reschedule. They were completely booked by the time I received the TV and Wall Mount. I was desperate to keep my boss happy so the owner himself came to do the install. Upon arrival it turned out that the wall mount that was purchased wasn’t the correct one for the TV. Luckily TV Installation Houston had the correct one in stock they came out again and put it up and were so very nice about all the delays. Here’s what I learned you can’t beat a one stop shop! In the future all my televisions, mounts, surround sound, and install will be through this great company. If you think you can find products cheaper maybe, but the time I had to spend, and they spent correcting the initial purchase nightmare wasn’t worth saving $50.00. I totally suggest you use them from start to finish, you will be glad you did.
