Company is terrible, had to initiate a lawsuit to get a refund for a purchase I never received. Took 2 years to get the refund. Typical signs of money problems such as not paying sellers, delays and excuses for not receiving the product. They still harass me with phone calls and emails after all this, still trying to gain my business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Beware! I bid on a lot. So excited because it had everything I wanted. Didnt know I won because their notice went to my spam folder. Received a phone call from rep staying I needed to wire funds immediately. I did so and then no follow up. I didnt know where to pick up lot, address, etc. I sent rep numerous emails - no response. Voice mails - no response. Chat sessions - 5 attempted, 1 success and they said they would personally take care and would forward complaint. The other sessions, no one joined chat session after waiting 15 minutes on an average. Called again asked to speak with a manager - got his voice-mail and I left a message - no response. Spoke to two operators on 4 separate occasions again being assured some correspondence. None occurred. Operators tried the best they could, especially Juan, who eventually tracked down my rep and made sure he called. I asked for a refund and end this nightmare. Miraculously the release appeared. This company has major issues and needs to correct them. Do not use them!

It is going to 2 month, I never received my products, when i called no one respond and if they do then they say, they ll get back to you and you never heard from them. total rip off stay away to avoid the same situation happened to you.
