I phoned on Tuesday afternoon and an engineer came the same afternoon. He was quickly able to diagnose problems in our ten year old washing machine and the replaced faulty component on the spot, and at a great price too. Cant really ask for better than that.

The repair man came within the time frame I was given and called ahead to let me know when to expect him. Very dependable, quick and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher. I will call them again.

I rarely write reviews but feels the need to give due recognition and credit where due based on my experiance i would commend them to anyone, technician engaged with confidence my cooker was serviced in just over a hour, fair pricing, I would definitely recommend and will certainly be using this company again well done

I tried to use the service made an appointment they didn’t show. I called them and their employee said she would call me back after she found out where the service tech was but I never heard back from her. I hate to post a poor review but I have one day off a week that I can take service calls and I’m disappointed. I will be calling another company.

I called for a broken washer repair on 6/2/20. Appointment was set for 1-4PM. Nobody called or showed up. I called back at 5:30Pm and gentleman said technician would check back soon. I received a call from Tech shortly after and he left voicemail he was on the way. He never showed up and i called him back twice between 5:30 - 6:30 with no return call or follow up. Maybe just a bad day for them, but did not solve my problem.

We called on a Saturday morning with a Viking refrigerator hinge problem. We called around town and the earliest we could get someone to come out for service was on Monday. Eugene from Viking Appliance Repair came in about an hour. He explained the issues and costs extremely well and was in and out within 30 minutes, setting us at ease for the remainder of the weekend and saving all of our food!

Tom was on time and did a very good job fixing my dads refrigerator. He was transparent about the cost of fixing the refrigerator to cut the story short. He was able to fix the refrigerator and its very okay now. Thanks

Overall the service was great. Mr. Leo diagnosed & fixed our Maytag wall oven. Im once again able to enjoy my wifes excellent peach cobbler!

Fantastic service. I am a person who has crafty hands. Most cases I fix any slight appliances issues. But this situation is different. I couldnt fix the washer, spent much time on it but they fix my washer within 15 minutes. Thanks so much.
