These guys are about as good as appliance repair is today. Unfortunately that isnt all that great. They diagnosed my issue to which component was malfunctioning and quoted me roughly 450 to replace the component on a washer that was 550 new.No attempt was made to actually repair the component. Just triage which one is causing the problem and bill customer for new one.I pulled out the component after tech left and repaired it with an alcohol wipe and washer is as good as new.

I recently used this company to repair my 3 years old Kitchenaide refrigerator. The refrigerator was not cooling and it was icing-up behind the bottom drawer. Marco came out quickly and diagnosed the problem; a part was ordered and installed all rather quickly. He explained to me the reason it happened and what I could do in the future. I had previously used a large national chain repair service twice for the fridge but never again. This company can have all of my business.

Joseph did a wonderful job; he really went the extra mile, too. The compressor needed to be replaced and the new unit was not in stock. Part arrived late in the afternoon and Joseph arrived at 5:30 and had the job completed and the unit working again by 7:30 PM!

Called because my dryer wasn’t drying efficiently and while I tried to clean it, I actually broke it. Demetrio was my repair person and he was awesome! Our KitchenAid built in refrigerator/freezer began to lose ability to cool and freeze. This was my 3rd problem with this 22 year unit in the past 9 years. Marco listened to the past repairs and walked me through the probable cause and cost to fix over the phone. Decision making was complicated by the COVID lack of parts and supply of new units due to assembly lines being shut down and curtailed in 2020. His repairman gave us a shot of Freon to keep the unit going while he shopped for parts and I shopped for a new unit. Marco did find parts that could have made it in 7-10 days and worked with me regarding costs and warranty. In the end, I opted for a new unit that I located that could be installed in a couple of days. He was a great help and very knowledgeable and responsive.

Demetrio came to fix my dishwasher and dryer. Turned out it wasn’t broken, just not level. He had spent his time taking it apart to find the problem and because there was no real issue, he didn’t charge me for anything (since he was there for the dryer too)... The dryer needed a part that had to be ordered, so he said he would be back first thing in the morning. As promised, he and Marco showed up at 8:30 am the next morning. I was back to doing laundry in less than an hour. They were very professional and courteous, and the price was fair. I will be using them again for future repairs.

The technician, Joe Clark, called to let me know what time he would be at my home, was on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He quoted me a good price for the repair, he explained what the problem was, and showed me the broken heating element. He also cleaned the very dirty dryer before re-assembling it. Sergio quickly called me to schedule an appointment to come look at my wine fridge that stopped working. After getting some info about the wine fridge he was so kind to let me know that I would end up saving money just buying a new one. He could have come out and charged me the service fee just to tell me that, but instead he was honest with me over the phone, which is extremely hard to find today. Great company! I called Appliance Cowboys because everything in our freezer was thawing and frig was not cold. Was given an ETA of 11:00-1:00 for same day, which was really good news. At 12:30 I received a courtesy call from Marco stating that he was on the way. He arrived promptly 20 minutes later. After just touching the side of the frig and glancing inside, he said he knew what was wrong and had the part with him to fix it. While replacing the compressor fan motor, he explained exactly why the part had gone out. He had the old part removed and the new one installed in a very timely manner. His professional and polite manner was top notch. There was no big mess to clean up when he completed the job. The cost of the repair was reasonable as well. I give them 5 stars in every category there is to rate a company by. I will definitely be calling them for all of our future appliance repair needs. They are a superb company to deal with!

The guy was nice very professional a little pricey but I really wanted to fix my stove, as soon as the warranty expired my stove stopped working again same problem. And they wanted to charge all over again meatless to say we just got a new stove not gonna spend $600 on fixing it so it can stop working 3 months later .
