So professional and kind. Always very helpful. I hope everyone can tip them at least something because the drivers really do want to help. The ones at the gates are always so helpful and patient and kind. Upon leaving, I was dying of thirst after toting 3 pieces of luggage and a backpack from airport to get on bus shuttle and then to load my vehicle and leave after a very hard but awesome 2 weeks with my son for his surgery, I was offered a bottle of water before I could even get the question out of my mouth. That bottled water and the man at the gate was my saving grace!! I love the parking spot. Thank you!!

Pick up and drop off is easy, fast, and convenient. It isnt difficult to figure out where to find the bus that picks you up and you do very little walking. All of the drivers are very helpful and assist you with your luggage. I love that they pick you up at your vehicle and then bring you right back to it when your trip is over. After long travel day, this is such a relief. I would recommend this service to anyone. I will definitely use it again in the future.

The last time I parked in Houston the tool box in my truck was broken into, I parked at one of the hotels to save a buck or two (last time I’m doing that). The Parking Spot made me comfortable leaving my vehicle there, when we returned everything was in order. It was easy to do a online reservation! Do yourself a favor and park at the Parking Spot!

Your staff was very helpful as usual. When I returned from my trip I had a flat tire on my truck. One of your Drivers came to help and aired up the tire. That allowed me to leave the facility to a place where AAA was able to reach me and provide assistance. Your Driver was polite and responded quickly.

Friendly and courteous service from the lady that welcomed us when we arrived, to both drivers to and from the airport! We did not have to wait even a minute in either direction. Picked up and dropped off right behind our vehicle, bags loaded and unloaded fast and with respect of our items. Great experience!

We had a great experience - super easy and no delays. Parking was a breeze, both for check in and check out, and the shuttle was ready for us as soon as we were ready for it! I got the covered parking space exactly as described. There was shuttle vans running back and forth every few mins providing prompt service.

Went on an 8 day trip and decided to leave my car at airport, something I have never done before. After looking up all of my options, The Parking Spot seemed to be the best option, it was not the cheapest but my main concern was security. I reserved and paid from home ahead of time. Was sent a barcode to scan at entrance which I did with my phone, super easy! We parked and for about 30 seconds I was concerned because I didnt see any signs to were we could get on shuttle but literally 30 seconds after parking the shuttle pulled up behind my car! We got on and were at airport in 5 minutes (it was 6:00am).On the day we returned (8:00pm), we went to wait for shuttle just outside baggage claim doors and within 5 minutes the shuttle arrived. You give the driver the card you got when you parked and he will take you straight to your car.Overall, The Parking Spot exceeded my expectations and I will most definitely be using them in the future. My car was safe for over a week for under $80, you cant beat that!

The location is very convenient to the airport! I had little wait for the shuttle on both departure and arrival. Service was fast and friendly. The price is reasonable (but be sure to take advantage of the Spot Club and available discounts, such as AAA).

My parking experience has been less than satisfactory with this parking service. Being left and having to wait over 30 minutes only to then walk to entry for a shuttle is poor. Being told the shuttles were full is a poor excuse when not extending an apology. I park very often with is particular a lot and it seems to always been an issue. Ive been double charged recently and brought it up to someone attention and never received a contact back from the manager yet another excuse. Being told I parked 6 days straight when I know how long my car was there is annoying. I never park for six days straight. Its always no longer the 3 at time. Id rather park at the airport and then to continue park in a parking spot one as this is not a reliable source.

We parked here using the covered parking option. We never worried about our vehicle. The spaces are big enough to avoid door dings from others parking. The rates are very reasonable. Its very easy to make an online reservation and we just used the QR code on our phone to check in and check out. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This company only has one location open due to decreased air travel. I had been using the terminal garage, but they are expensive. The Parking Spot has easy on-line reservations, their rates are low, and they have excellent customer service. From the people manning the entrance, and exit to the shuttle drivers, they have all been personable, and knowledgeable. I will be using them again!

Ive always used the parking spot a lot and dont generally have to wait long for pickup. However very late at night early morning theres only 1 bus running so it can be frustrating waiting around after your air plane was already delayed several hours.

Easy! Reserved online, downloaded the app and used a QR code they put on the home page of the app to get in and out. Driver asked passengers to put on masks before boarding. Quickly got to the airport. On the way back, you can you the app to ping the shuttles for a pick up and see everything they are.

Plus, since I do (or did) fly often, the Points club has earned me over 10 free days and you definitely cannot beat free parking!

The service is great from being greeted when arriving to being picked up by the shuttle and taken to the airport. I especially appreciate the fast, efficient service when I get back from a trip. This last trip, I got in late, probably the last plane of the evening. The driver was very helpful assisting with luggage in and out of the shuttle. When I arrived, the ladies had no record of my reservation that I made the week prior even with my membership card handed to them. They demanded I prove my reservation, so i fumbled on my phone looking for the confirmation for a good five minutes before I found it. They let me park. After I parked I had to wait 10 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle while watching several shuttles pass my aisle en route to the airport. It wasnt unusually busy. It was 6am on a Wednesday.

It is very easy to make a reservation for a parking spot at The Parking Spot at Hobby Airport. Everything is automated since the pandemic. The bus drivers help you get your luggage on and off the bus to the airport and back to your vehicle. I love the quickness of the parking and getting into the airport. I have used The Parking Spot for both Hobby and IAH and have never had a problem. They are efficient and the bus drivers are very nice. I will continue to use The Parking Spot.

After trying out other parking places around HOU, I have concluded the Parking Spot offers the best service and security.

DO NOT USE! This is the most terrible parking service out there!! We started waiting in line at zone 4 shuttle pick up at 1am. There was already a line of at least 60 people and after 1 hour of waiting, we only saw a total of 1 shuttle bus come for parking spot 1 and more people were flooding out of the airport to wait in line. We called Parking Spot, who responded rudely and disregarded us by saying “It is what it is!” The employee didn’t seem to care or want to do anything about it. On top of that, it was raining hard and chilly. Everyone in line was obviously getting frustrated, tired and cold. We will never use this company again!

For the third time I have watched as numerous busses pass me up while standing at my car waiting at where I was told to park forcing me to walk to the front entrance and figure out what is going on. Never had an issue with the Monroe location which I used to park at for years.

Great parking for an affordable price. $5.25 per day vs $22 per day if you stay at directly at hobby airport. Theyre also located right next to the 45 freeway. Takes about 5-10mins with the shuttle to get to the terminals. They have a 24/7 shuttle service that will take you to the airport and pick you up when you come back. Definitely recommend if you dont want to spend an expensive amount on parking and dont have any other options.

Due to a family emergency, my car ended up parked for four weeks instead of two weeks. My husband brought me to the entrance when I arrived by car from out of state, and the staff drove me to my car and waited to make sure it started. They were very nice about my unorthodox arrival to get my car, and stopped what they were doing to make sure I got to my car safely.

The parking spot is Quick, Easy and Convenient ! I accidentally left my Truck window open one time, and someone there opened the door, secured a trash bag over the window to keep out the rain, then locked the door back.. Many Thanks for that !!

Not only was it quick and easy, but the staff there are very helpful. I had car troubles and one employee, Efrain Martinez, went out of his way to assist me in any way that he could. The customer service exceeded my expectations.

Great service and friendly staff. They are very considerate too. One time my flight was late and they waited for me at the airport to ensure I get the ride upon exit. Felt like a VIP. Buses could be improved but no big deal for me.

We came back from our trip and had a flat tire awaiting us due to a nasty pothole on the way there. While our plan for roadside service drug out and made for a rough end to the trip; Nichole and her manager made a difference by helping with the tow truck that came at 3am. Note we had a 9pm arrival. They were kind and went out of their way to help when we needed it most.

Late night checkout can be a hassle with only one cashier working. We sat in line for 10-15 min waiting our turn; theres gotta be a better way. Other than that the other services provided, covered parking, the drivers, etc. were as expected.

They’re mostly okay. Nice people, good prices, good facility, but we literally parked with a bus right in front of us and the bus just left us. Then another three drove past us and others, none coming to pick us up.

I travel a lot since my husband is in another state, and Spot Parking is my go to choice at Hobby Airport. They have many shuttle busses, they’re usually very quick to get you from your car once you park, and they’re efficient and helpful with your bags. (I have learned to strategically arrange everything I’m going to want to take from the car for my trip before I head to the airport, because they are so fast, and the shuttle will sometimes follow you the moment you enter the parking lot. I don’t want to leave them waiting for me to get out of the car while I’m trying to make sure I have it all!) I find the wait time is also short to get picked up at the airport, and if you join the Spot Parking Club, especially if you fly frequently, you can save a lot of money.

Close to the airport convenient,safe, inexpensive and the customer service of the shuttle drivers are excellent thanks parking spot we shall return!
