My husband purchased a Dewalt drill for mixing concrete from lowes. Two months later the drill stopped working. We contacted Dewalt and they instructed us to take it to this location. We dropped it off the next day and were told it could be up to 6 weeks before it was fixed. However, it was only a week later when they called saying it was fixed. The drill now works perfectly, there was no charge for the repair and they extended his warranty for a year from the repair date. Very good company that takes care of its customers !
My Black & Decker Pivot screwdriver malfunctioned. When I did an internet search for a factory service center, I discovered this business. They do not sell DeWalt tools. Its strictly a service center.The associate who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. Since my screwdriver was still under warranty, they replaced it with a new one. I was very satisfied.
Costumer service is friendly. However, the estimation for repairs is wrong. A year or two ago I took a nail gun to get repaired. It took almost a month to get it repaired. I currently have a table saw in for repair. It has been a month. I would call weekly to check the status of my repair. Always the same answer were expecting a shipment this week. I called today and turns out the part was never even ordered. The associate told me they will ship it down from Dallas.I would rate higher if this Dewalt Service Center would be more honest about their repair time estimations.Additionally, not checking if the part was even ordered has kept me from giving a higher rating.Again, costumer service is friendly, and I appreciate that, but there are still some flaws that need to be fixed in order for this Dewalt Service Center to be excellent.I hope that these issues can be addressed for future costumers.
Waste of time. 3 yr warranty is a scam. Im highly disappointed with dewalt and dont see my self purchasing again.

Awful service. Sent in my Porter Cable 20v drill for repair 6 weeks ago. After numerous calls and emails nothing. Finally spoke to Kevin? 3 weeks ago and he said it was there at the West Little York repair center and should be ready in one week. still no phone call or email and nobody answers the phone. Porter cable tools are Ok, not the best quality but good for the money, but when the service is this poor it makes sense to buy better quality tools.

It would be really thoughtful of DeWalt to update their Google listing to Temporarily Closed. This way, when those of us that have to drive through an hour and a half worth of traffic to reach your location, will receive an audible message stating DeWalt may be temporarily closed.....What a waste of time, money and gas. I could have bought a replacement from a competitor for what this just cost.

Amazing facility - Love the staff and how helpful they are. In addition, I purchased one of the used items which came with a 90 day warranty. Well, as luck would have it, it messed up on me. I took it back and no issues, no questions....they took it in to repair it. Well, then life happened, holidays and good lord know what else...AND...every time i thought it, they were closed. I was for sure it would have been treated as an abandoned tool and resold...but much to my surprise, I came home to see a package on my front door step with my drill in. Totally unexpected and very much appreciated.Thank you!

Well I took 4 things in for repair. 3 came out fine but number 4 was incomplete. These were complete refurbishments and for a compressor to come out with the air filter not changed (the first part in maintenance) is incomplete work... Besides the slide out handle, slid right out no stops and the unit almost hit my shin on its way down.. so I called and was put on an endless hold.. I guess it was too close to quitting time to get service from a service center....ok a couple of months later, phone calls, trips back and forth and 2 separate fed ex deliveries...The compressor with the bad air filter and broken handle came back leaking on the last trip so they surrendered and sent out a new unit...Surprised me.......So now I have number 4 (air compressor) back, it was completely rebuilt. Great so after using it a couple of times...aired up my bicycle tires and fixed my truck flat... I pulled it out to use my Dewalt finish nail gun ...and now it doesnt work ...SO I AM GOING BACK......I dont know what is going on in the shop but it seems to me that group needs some intense motivational training just to take some of the heat I am delivering to the guy at the desk ...but he keeps trying....so as it stands 2 compressors when in for refurbishment....1 went back and forth till they gave up and sent a new one...The other was completely rebuilt and now doesnt work and will be going back....This will be my 5th trip, (45-50 mile round trip)I am as happy as a %$#@ %^@#$^ I hate to say it but Harbor Freight tools are getting better and better over the years....
Pay just 7 dollars for a impact drill housing. Not too bad.

Went to get a tape measure exchange that I bought 3 months ago and they refused to help me out. Told me I had to go to homedepot where I bought it to get it exchanged and gave me a huge speech about how homedepot sells their stuff so they should honor the warranty. I tried going to homedepot and they referred me to go to the dewalt center. At this point I have lost too much time going back and forth i think Im better off just buying a new one and going with a different brand

Cant tell if this place is ligitament or not...I took my table saw in 2 months ago. (DEWALT FLEXVOLT 60-Volt MAX Lithium-Ion Cordless Brushless 8-1/4 in.) (Issue: switch would not stay powered on once engaged.) Was told repairs would be about 2 weeks. Last I called for status the same guy tells me theyre still waiting on a part but he cant see in system which part. Whaat??? Yeah, makes no since yet Ive been told this 3 seperate occasions. Last week he swore hed have his manager call me, take a guess if that happened.Have these guys stolen anyone elses equipment?

I took my 2 month old DeWalt pressure washer in for repair due to very low pressure. They had it for 2 months and finally let me know that they couldnt do the repairs under warranty. They confirmed that the pump was the problem and that the pump had a 2 yr warranty but that they still wasnt covered. They them gave me the wrong number to the warranty dept. Ive now been on the phone with them for an hr. AGAIN this is a 2 month old pressure washer. And now the warranty company is saying theyre not sure why they are refusing to repair it and their only suggestion is to go to a different service center.

I take all my tools to the service center for repairs. In most cases it is more cost effective to repair then to buy new. Jared as far as an estimate goes they gave you the estimate up front 40-100. Just like any repair business if you dont know the problem you cant quote an exact price. Completely understand why they dont do tear down estimates. Time wasted if you decide not to repair the tool after they determine the issue. Once you dropped it off with them you gave them permission to repair your tool up to $100. If you didnt want to pay the worse case scenario then dont leave the tool.
