Over promise, and under deliver is an understatement. This company does not care about customer service or following up. All they do is take your money and over promise. I can’t even get on the phone with there PPC person Nick, and there Marketing consultant Sean has to sit here an play liaison to make excuses for these people. Ridiculous this company does not hold anyone accountable.

What an excellent service these guys provide. There are other companies that I have talked to that have similar software, but what sets them apart is the actual managed services that they provide. Everyone says that they will manage this themselves, but we all know that they wont follow through. I highly recommend these guys!

Been signed on with thrive for three months for ppc, website hosting, and seo... well needless to say despite there great promises in the beggining close to 0 work has been done and the website has not even been transfered over. It should have taken 15 minutes not 3 months is what all other companies have said. Do not fall for their marketing they will pass you off to a team of unskilled employees that doesnt seem to want to do their work. Its a ton of being passed around and playing phone tag while they accomplish nothing and take your money.
