This by far has been the worst experience ive ever had getting mechanical work done. First we paid a lot of money for tires and mechanical work, which I understood needed done so I was ok with paying it. The issue is we needed to replace CV boot and axel, when I went to pick up the car nothing was said to me about ANY issues. I drove it home and my entire fromt wheel wells were covered in grease. I was upset but the shop manager told ne to bring it in. When I did I was met immediately with a mechanic that stated that when he put on the cv boot it tore, but it was OK because the CV boot only protects the joint like cartridge in an ekbow. 😕 So over and over he tried to convince me that it was ok to drive 800 miles back to our home with 2 little girls and my wife in the car with that type of work. Listen, Im a very understanding person and I really like to give people the benefit.... but come on here. I told him id wait for the shop manager to return. The shop manager explained that he was sorry (very nice and professionally) and that he knew he had said something about it being torn. He stated theyd get right on it and fix the issue on both sides. Fast forward to present day, my car was making a noise in the front end, took it to a mechanic and BOTH CV boots are torn and they stated that both axels were never touched and both boots were junk. Im just blown away that I paid this place a large amount of money (close to $2k) and now replacing the work they tried to cover up 6 months ago. Its shady business and terrible practices, if your workers make a mistake, own it and fix it then. If youre going to fix an issue then please dont short cut it or half ass it. Im a fully medically disabled veteran and we cant afford to be throwing money out the window on shady work. Now were spending another 1k to fix the issue. Plus its just terrible that they would send a family car out like that, were 8 hours away now so not like we can drive down and drop it off. I wouldnt do business here ever again, nor will my wifes entire family.

Rude, talked about me when I stepped outside like my girlfriend wasn’t sitting inside. Then when I told them I didn’t want to have my truck serviced by them the woman rolled her eyes.

I have been to every TIRE place in town. I have been to bailys over 10 times in the last 5 years. I was always happy with the speed of work and the price and quality.
