Brought vehicle in for a specific repair. Staff was efficient and handled service quickly. Did a basic inspection of my car and let me know about any maintenance items that were due or necessary. There was no pressure and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Local shop that has the experience to take care of all of your vehicles needs. I cannot say enough about how great this company is. Wish there were more businesses that were as nice as Unlimited Maintenance and Repair.

Fit me in when my schedule allowed. It turned out engine problem was even simpler than diagnosed. It was brought to my attention and the decision was made to go forward was the easier fix, thus saving me money. They could have proceeded with the original approved fix, but they were very honest.

I had no idea this place existed. Very few work on mercedes in the Houma, Thibodaux area. The previous owner told me to call another mechanic. That mechanic recommended unlimited maintenance. If you need anything with your car go to them!! I hryoplanned in a field yesterday morning (first wreck I ever been in) I called them and they said I can bring it to them after work. I got there 10 till close they still looked at my car and fixed it there was dirt on the back side of my rim causing it to be unbalanced and shake. They stayed late, another 30 minutes to get it all cleaned up and make sure nothing else was wrong with my car. The nices people I have ever met!! I will go back to them for everything for now on!!! They honestly care about there costumers and do everything they can to make your experience the best!!!
