The cabin is right on the water. It was very clean. It was nice having a washer, dryer, and full kitchen. There was a table and chairs out the front door, a picnic table, a fire pit with chairs around it, and a swing over looking the water and dock. The shore is good for the kids to swim in.. The cabin was nice and cool, and you can adjust the thermostat. We did catch some fish off the dock too. We were very happy with our stay.

I’m compelled to write this review because we picked this place based on great reviews and after our stay I’d like to share our experience. Cabin has great proximity to the water and availability of the pedal boat is convenient and this property offers great privacy. Pets are allowed which is a huge plus. Cabin is well stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker and silverware, but no extras provided- no coffee, cooking oil, body wash/shampoo or anything similar, so bring your own. We didn’t because these items were always present when we rented other cabins before.Bed is uncomfortable- squeaky and when one moves, the entire bed shakes.We thought price is a little steep for what the cabin has to offer. We live in Austin, TX where real estate is much much hotter then in Hot Springs and cabins like this one don’t cost any more.
