Picked up some keys there yesterday and found out they are ramping up their nightly rental program. This would be a good place to manage your short term or long term rental property.

Will Lindsay represent a buyer as I was the seller. Will and the buyer agreed to as an is purchase. Inspection came back with no major issues 30min prior to closing they begin to demand $1000 for repairs and cleaning or they won’t close, they terminated our contract. Highly unprofessional, do not trust this realtor if he is representing your buyer.

We booked Stoneridge condo 506 through Hamilton Shores Realty. They were pleasant to work with and the check in and out process was easy. I spoke with them on the phone about a blow up mattress and they had one in the condo when we arrived. The mattress didnt work and when we went to tell them they were more than happy to replace it. No problems at all with booking through them. The condo was exactly as pictured.

The agent I spoke with at first was friendly, helpful, and a joy to do to business with. However, when I followed up with another agent/owner he was unfriendly from the get go and unwilling to negotiate in anyway. I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone in the area, as there are plenty of others in town offering a significantly higher level of customer service.
