Its not Dow website. Dow company goes through a different company for resumes. Had problems with that site. Finally, after many attempts, I still could not finish it. Had to look somewhere else for job. Sad, too, because I heard great things about working for Dow.

Both of my last places of employment uses this company. I highly recommend them they do it right.
