My first calling Arkansas Dirt Busters was a few weeks ago for a move out cleaning/deep cleaning. I never used a cleaning service before and needed someone last minute and did not know what to expect. When they came out they went over everything they would do and simplified the process for me. Not only did they come out last minute, but they did an awesome job! From letting me know what to expect to going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. I was more then happy to the point I will be calling them back to set up weekly service! Thank you ADB for helping like you did!

She set up an appointment with me, never showed up. I drove from Little Rock to meet her in a storm. Would not answer the phone, no call back. She sounds professional, dont get fooled!!

Very poor business practices. Doesnt show up when requested. She set appt and I called to confirm night before no answer. Texted night before to confirm; no response. Waited for her for over an hour past appt time; and no show. No courtesy call was provided. Who does that? This was to be an ongoing job for a vacation home. We are rarely there, but wanted it cleaned biweekly anyway. Who does that? She is so unprofessional. Dont waist your time with this one. Its a hoax!!!
