We used Sew Unique frequently & were always impressed.Putting linings in our Christmas stockings, adding to Pittsburgh Penguins banner when they kept winning the Stanley Cup, rush jobs for my husband on suits before a business trip. Honestly the best thing ever was fixing a quilt made from my Grandmas clothing that my cousin gave me in 1994 after my Grandma passed away.Unfortunately we have moved & I need another touch up on my quilt. I have looked for someone who I trust as much but cant.I was always happy with the quality & price. Thank you for all you do.

Friendly service, but the quality leaves room for improvement. Backpack patch only halfway hand sewn (top only). Fell off after a few hous of light use.

Absolutely awful, ruined 2 expensive dresses. Charged $120 to take up straps on one and made the other dress to small. Unable to fix because she cut off the excess. She let a 9 year old tell her how she wanted the dress to fit.

If you want FAST, FRIENDLY,PERFECT alterations or customization, then Sew Unique is where you need to go for all of those needs!

Expert master taylor on sight,she also owns the shop, quite a find to have a master taylor in a small city like Hot Springs Arkansas (alterations,hems,buttons, etc.)!!!
