We spent four nights here over Memorial Day weekend and would stay again on our familys next trip to Hot Springs. Cabin 10 had two bedrooms and a full kitchen, which worked well for 3 adults and two young children. Our four year old loved the playground and splashing along the beach. My husband and his brother enjoyed fishing from the dock. There are beach chairs and swings with great lake views, too. When we felt like exploring beyond the lodge, it was less than 15 minutes from Bathhouse Row in one direction, and less than 15 minutes from Garvan Gardens in another. The owner, Phillip, was extremely responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

Super nice owner. We found this by luck. Enjoyed our stay. Pleasant lake dock. Close to everything in the city. But surroundings feel like your secluded, couldnt hear traffic less than a mile away. Definitely gonna bring the family next time. This time was a girls getaway.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to escape, Knollwood Lodge is perfect. The quaint and comfortable cabins are clean and welcoming. The view of Lake Hamilton is spectacular. We were minutes from the downtown area attractions without the busyness of staying in town. Philip was an amazing host. Looking forward to our next stay here!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! Very peaceful! Gives a “home away from home” feel! Linda was such a sweet spirited dog! Phillip was very welcoming and kind! A must spot for vacation or just a piece of extra fun and relaxation!

I didnt stay.We are planning a trip to the area and had yet to decide if we would bring the dogs with us or not. Before we get there I wanted to know what the policy would be as every place is different and would respect whatever rules the place had if we decided to stay or just choose to not book there.Called to ask about the pet policy as it isnt stated on the website. Explained I would have 3 dogs and the man on the phone said, I will pass. Basically, he didnt want to allow me to book a reservation. He said, People who have 3 dogs let them on the furniture and I dont want dog hair on the my furniture. He was very rude on the phone and made the decision to not book very easy.

Great for a weekend getaway! Beautiful view, cute cabins, and friendly owner. A lot of attractions and restaurants nearby Even has private boat ramp, a great swimming area, and a beautiful dock to look out on. 10/10 recommend! 😃

My family has spent the last 2 years here at Thanksgiving and have had a amazing stay . It will become a Family Tradition, Clean cabins and Best owner ever met . sipping coffee in the swing in the mornings and beautiful Sunset in afternoon, Thank you so much for making us feel at home away from home

Wonderful place for the family. You can chill, fish or swim at the lake. The people there are kind. I would recommend this place to anyone. The manager is great.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days with our small dogs. It was very relaxing and perfect for our boat right on the lake. Phillip was a great host and very helpful if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning.

I stayed here during July 4th. The cabin was very cozy, and rustic. The man who owns and runs the place is very nice, and answered all my questions about the area. I will definitely consider staying here again if I visit the area.

Excellent location. Loved being right on the lake without traffic noise. Cozy and homey atmosphere. Felt safe and relaxed all weekend. Phillip was an outstanding host. Cottages are super cute, even though they are a little older. The kids loved swimming with Lou the lab. Very entertaining!This was our second time to stay here and well definitely be back.

Just a all over wonderful stay. My husband and I stayed 5 nights and Philip treated us great . My husband said this was the best Birthday ever. It was so relaxing and yes we will be back.

We had a great time! The lake was beautiful and the family that owned the place was very friendly and welcoming. They made it a very wonderful stay. We will definitely be back! Definitely recommend these cabins!

Was nice and relaxing .

The owner was extremely helpful. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time and I would go back there anytime.

I recommend this to anyone paying attention. If my wife and I wouldnt have been drinking we would have gotten a hotel in town. The owner was very friendly but the driveway is very dangerous. I had to take a curtain off of one of the windows and put it over our front door because the blinds were messed up and my wife couldnt even change clothes without having to go into the restroom. They dont have a microwave so you have to eat in town or eat cold food. You have to bring your own trash can from the office to your cabin as well. Our advice is just be careful and watch the boats and jet skis while in the water.

We love Knollwood lodge. This was our fifth time to go. Its a Thanksgiving tradition that we hope to continue for many more years.

We had a great time at the lodge! We stayed in the duplex which was perfect. Everything is so laid back and the management is very accommodating. Everything is peaceful and it is very conveniently located. We will be back!

We stayed in Cabin 4 for two nights - 2 adults and 2 kids (8 & 5). The cabin has a living space, one bedroom (2 full size beds), a kitchen, and a bathroom with a stand up shower stall - no tub. One large window AC unit was adequate for entire space. There was a nice side porch with table and chairs. We had access to a very nice swimming beach, swing set/play structure, two docks, and a floating/swimming dock. It is about 15 minutes from historic downtown Hot Springs. There is a nice free parking garage in Hot Springs where you can launch your exploration of the National Park. Great restaurants and shops in HS. Knollwood is an awesome option if you have kids and want the best of a cabin atmosphere mixed with an historic town. Phillip (the owner) was very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We have come here twice a year for just a relaxation retreat. Its worth the 3 hour drive for sure. The kids love it. The beach is nice.

Family reunion at this lodge for a 3-day weekend July 2019. Rented 7 cabins and all were quite clean, had good beds and had great hot water. The outdoor space (docks and sand beach) were awesome. One picnic table was so rotten it broke with normal usage. cabin 1 windows and doors had such a haze on them they couldnt see out. Make sure you rent one of the modern houses if you plan to use your kitchen. The asphalt drive was very worn and dangerous for our older and younger family members to walk on. Gave the overall experience 5 stars because we had a great time, the weather was awesome, owner was there and the place felt very safe.

Great place for a mancation. Went mountain biking in the area. Knollwood lodge is centrally located, reasonably priced, and offers great lakeside recreation when not on the trails. Phil is very accommodating and runs a great business.

Staying in cabin #2. 2 br/1 bth/parking for 2 cars. Sleeps 6-neat and tidy, lake view, cute lounge chairs by the beach and playground area. Quiet, secluded, no road traffic at all!!! This place is great...1 note: no toaster and no microwave but our bed is super comfortable! Recommend to everyone / will return!!!

Great place. Driveways are kinda thin, but thats not that big a deal. Fantastic spot, beautiful views, great cabins.

It was outdated but it did make you appreciate what you! 200 a night little steep on the price. If its gonna be that much, it should have cabin updated. Examples: microwave and light switches. Looking past that it was a good experience!

Clean cabins tv and cable in the bedrooms. Owner was nice and very helpful with helping put the boat in the lake. Definately going back the family liked it so much we already made a reservation for next time!

It was great for Christmas it has 3 stories glass showers and balconies in each section and you have a pond in the back of your house basketball and goal and swing set but if you drop the ball in the water its a extra $100
