Took my grandson to get his haircut before he starts school and Allie was awesome!!!!!! She was very good with him and very personable with us as well. Felt like Id known her forever!!!! Thanks again Allie you did a great job. Titus has not kept his hands off his head since. I really think he enjoys it being short again.

My son has always had a head full of hair. He went in and told her he just wanted a trim. When I pick him up, his hair was buzzed to the scalp with three bald spots in back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! We will NEVER use this place again. It’s so bad he’s having to go virtual for school. 😡

I was greeted the moment I entered in with a smile and a welcome. I asked her to do whatever she felt necessary and in the end I was shocked myself at the new haircut. All while watching non-stop game coverage and if that doesnt fancy you.....the conversation like being friends will. Awesome place. Kids even love it.

I show up and wait for the store to open at 11:00 but they never did open so i called and they said they wont be opening until 12:00 that day and i could not be put on the waiting list and they werent doing app check in times. So i have to leave and i return just before 12:00 only to find out they opened early anyway and there was now a hour and half wait. I have been going to this location for over 4 years but will never return again.

The check in system is ridiculous! Anyone can check in during the morning on line....and whenever they come in they are first in line. Those that walk in at the location and check in will wait forever. Those who check in on line are automatically first in line.

It is a good place for a haircut, scalp and shoulder message but they are not consistent. The app says that I can pick a stylist but I cant get it to work. Some stylist have forgotten to do all of the services that I have paid for/requested. It is frustrating.

The stylist was nice ...cut my hair line pretty high and uneven in the back. Went to get my hot towel /shampoo and this kid kept tapping me on the shoulder. Stylist seemed more involved with other folk around me. I dont feel like I got my moneys worth.. ill prolly go to great clips next time

I have cut my own hair for years and I was just bored with it. I went to Kaylee yesterday and I love my hair. I asked for a trim and by the time I left I had the mvp, which was free because it was my first time there, a new do and she showed me the right product to use to make my hair look thicker. I never write reviews but I had to write this one. I will definitely be back.

I have got a haircut here twice now. The first time the lady that cut my hair left long hairs on top of my head and long hair around my ear. So you all comp me for another haircut. Then I get another one and the lady on the phone said I was getting an MVP haircut and I wont have to pay and I pay $5 extra dollars and want to be nice and give her a $5 tip for an uneven haircut. So I have paid a total of $30 for a 2 $2 haircuts. I want someone who will take time and do it right. Do you have anyone who is experienced enough to give me a good haircut or should I go somewhere else. I would love to send you a picture and show the owners my $2 haircut.

Not one post reviews, but this one deserves it. Bad haircut. Apparently the stylist cut according to whatever was written on the ticket by the some other stylist and didn’t hear the conversation we had when I sat in the chair.Instead of a trim just off the ears and top and a block in the back, which would have had me back in about a month for another cut I would have happily paid for, I won’t need another haircut for about four months. To her credit, she comped the cut and I stopped her before she touched the beard. I can only guess this has happened a number of times in this joint.If you advertise you’re great at what you do, then be great at what you do.

Got an exceptional stylist this time & will try to use her as often as possible. Check out process has a built in tip system that is too much of a forced amount with minimum of $5 ($15 cut has to be really good for a 33% $5 tip). You can override it & enter a different/smaller amount, but makes you feel like a bum regardless of the quality. I certainly want to & dont mind giving a tip in accordance with quality, but a tip via the process it funnels you down to is a real negative. Just one mans opinion. Moms with 2 or 3 boys are going to find it very expensive.

Overpriced, inexperienced stylist. Spent nearly an hour in the chair to get an inch taken off my hair. Girl clearly didnt know what she was doing. My biggest mistake was mentioning it might not look quite right because she spent another 10 minutes randomly cutting areas so I would think she was fixing it. Save your money and go to anyone thats not a franchise or chain

I got a good haircut about a week ago still Loving it!

I tried to use the application to sign in while standing outside waiting. There are 15 people in line 5 that have been waiting since 0840 but people who are signing in online are driving up and walking ahead of 15 people who have been waiting. After waiting an hour and multiple people getting in ahead of me, even though i signed in before the app would let me ive decided to take my business elsewhere.

NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, asked the girl if notes in there from last time she said 5 on side blend top, I said thats not how it was done last time, which I very much liked, I constantly told her it looks like you went up too far on sides, when we put gel in it wouldnt do the messy look except on top which looked like a mohawk or fauxhawk in the middle of my hair
