All South was sent by my home warranty company. Bryan Alexander examined my unit and said it would need a new expansion valve. They also suctioned my drain line because the catch pan was overflowing. (Note that there was a large return of water after suctioning.). He said he would order the part and get back with me.I spoke with him about a week later. He said the home warranty company would pay for the part but it was going to cost me an extra $900 to put in because my air handler in the attic was in a difficult location.After several calls to the home warranty company (many hours!) I finally spoke with someone who could look at the ticket. He said that All South had not documented anything about an extra charge. He said he would get ahold of them and get back with me.A few minutes later Bryan Alexander calls and says “I misquoted you. It should only be $200-$300 extra.”Called 2-10 home warranty back. They said that his extra fee was reasonable because he would have to move some ductwork.I called back and scheduled the repair. Bryan and his assistant showed up at the agreed time. They were in my attic less than 15 minutes. They came out and said the repair was completed. They also said I needed a new drain line but didn’t elaborate or quote a repair. They arrived and left in under 30 minutes.Running the ac caused the unit to pour water through the ceiling. We limped the rest of the summer using a couple of window units.I had a repair man come out yesterday. He said it looked like someone had busted the drain line by stepping on it. He also said the electrostatic cleaner had been removed and the unit was filthy.Stay away from All South. They will cheat you on prices and then leave you worse than you started.

Had an a/c heating issue caused by another company. All South came out and repaired/replaced what needed to be done to complete the job. They came out a short time later to fine tune everything and made sure everything was in working order. I was very satisfied with their quality of work and professionalism. I will now request them anytime I need work to be done.

They did a good job setting up our house so my mother-in-law can have her own temperature downstairs and we can have ours upstairs. They showed real integrity, we had an issue with the bedroom not getting enough air and they came back and fixed it for free. Thank You
