Great job on the car inside and out the only call my head out of the experience was the heat of the day.

I absolutely love this Carwash and would refer them to anyone. They always does an excellent job. The owner is always on point with inspecting each car when his workers finish with them.

Second visit. Friday, August 13, 2021. Website site states open 8 am. Opened after 9 am. I waited but several patrons did not. Called # no answer. Later young man returned call. Stated enroute be there in 5 minute. Arrived after 9 am. My time is valuable. Review was made Friday, August 13, 2021. IDK why dstamped 23 hours ago.

I went to this location on several occasions never had an issue at all, left tips EVERYTIME ! On 7/6/2021 I went for a full body wash. The guy that normally washes my car wasn’t there, so this other guy washed it and washed the clear coat off my car. Once I told the owner about it he simply said In so many words he wasn’t responsible and would not be paying for it. Got a quote for $872 bucks to fix what THEY DAMAGED. Also, filed a police report so we will see what happens. Please don’t go here if you care about your vehicle cause they clearly DO NOT!ALERTTTTTTReplying to the lie of a response below. I surely DID NOT leave for a whole hour and come back. I noticed the paint missing IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED YOU ON THE PROPERTY AND CALLED THE OWNER THROUGH A WORKER WHO IDENTIFIED HERSELF AS YOUR SISTER! Let’s be honest, that sounds so odd of me to leave knowing the car was damaged. Why would I ? Who in they right mind would? Knowing the place may put the damage off on you. You were nonchalant on the phone then and told me you were not going to pay for it THAT AFTERNOON! Then I went to horn lake pd to file the report. I then called u to tell u I filed the report and u still didn’t care and continued to act nonchalant! I hope your car wash goes nowhere but where it is now. TINY AND NON THRIVING! Cause the way you running that shack it won’t be long before you mess up somebody car and you actually pay for it. & as far as the pressure washing it wasn’t low took you weeks to come up with that lie you could’ve kept it ! PLEASE DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOLKS !

My car has never been cleaned the way they cleaned it. What I love about this place is that the owner inspects each car to make sure it is cleaned before giving it back.

I can not praise this place enough!! I had pine tree sap all over my car and was worried it would destroy the paint...had tried to wash the car and remove it myself with zero success. JLT not only removed all of the sap but they did a wonderful detailing job, interior cleaning and seat shampooing. My car has never been cleaner since the day I bought it. It looks and smells almost brand new. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I had no issues with this place until today..they tried to pull a fast one....make sure you watch them because if you dont your car wont get washed and they will pull another vehicle in just so they wont pull off cause of the wait...i dislike dishonest people...if you do wrong it will follow you...i knew something wasnt right when I saw the same fingerprints on the outside of my window that I drove up there with...i will take my business elsewhere...never again...
