Ive checked out this place twice now was really impressed each time. Im a season pass holder so Ive went to their other locations but this one is the biggest and the lake is great. Theyve got all kinds of boats and paddle boards and the staff are excellent as usual. Theyre friendly, helpful and just a joy to interact with.I really like that the lake has three islands that you can explore and swim around which plenty of people were doing. I will definitely return before the summer is over.

This is a wonderful place to go paddleboarding and kayaking! Once you get on the water, its excellent.Logistically, I think Boating in Boston could be more organized. The website doesnt always accurately reflect operating hours or policies around reservations.For example, recently I came on a Saturday at 10 because the website said opening was at 10. But a large college group had gone out earlier than that and no one else could get a boat until 11.Another time, I made a reservation for 6 pm, arrived at 6:03, and was told no more boats were going out. The employee did allow us to get boats, but there was no indication on the website that timing was so strict or when the last boats would go out. I would have been happier knowing that boats are expected back by 7 than being told the last boats go out at 6.These are small things, but they do make me more hesitant to go again.

Just turned up and rented a canoe for an hour. I had no experience and was really dressed for a mall but this didnt matter, I didnt even get my shoes wet. All in it was $28 which is good value. The staff were friendly, gave clear instructions and helped hold the boat as I got in. Its a beautiful peaceful small reservoir dog leg in shape about 2km long overall and around 350m wide. However there were dozens of craft to rent. I imagine it must get crowded on Summer weekends.

Great staff with lots of options to choose from. Water is very clean and perfect for small water craft.

Paddleboard, kayak, peddleboat, in a very large lake. Plenty of parking and reasonable rental pricing along with family cookout areas.

Had a great time boating with the family. Staff was friendly and willing to help my father who hadnt been paddle boarding before. They are very safety conscious which helped us get our life vests fitted properly. We will be back!

Nice beach. Very crowded on weekends. Week days local childrens camps use facilities and beach. Safe for young children.

Paid for a sailing course.. stat park is clised due to capacity. They refuse entry even if u paid for class.. your loss of money. No refund given... cautionAVOID BOATING IN BOSTON AT ALL STATE PARKS
