Old, outdated technology and hardware. My hand device glitches out a lot. Customer service is sometimes nice, sometimes not. The inconsistency with the machines, and their poor customer service makes the experience of having an interlock even more of a hell than it needs to be. Save your money and go with any other company

Had a great experience easy to work with. Have used other company’s before and Drager was by far the best. Highly recommended.
