Went to purchase truck. Truck was as described. No pressure, even though I am a woman and shopping on my own. Quite pleased, they were professional, and even fixed an item I was told needed work, overnight, so that it was done prior to my arrival early morning. Very nice, and appreciated! The engine on this older truck ran great just as I was told.

Dishonest. I was driving from Houston to Virginia to VISIT FAMILY for CHRISTMAS that I had not seen in 9 months and broke down near the 295 north Hopewell exit. I had been driving for 20 hours and it was 7 pm. I pushed my car off the shoulder, locked it up and my dad and brother drove the 60 miles to come pick me up.Virginia law states that unless a broken down vehicle is impeding traffic, the car SHALL NOT be subject to towing for 24 HOURS. I showed up @ hour 15, which was 10 am the next morning, with a truck and tow dolly and the car was gone. I called state police to report it stolen and they said it had been towed. My car was there less than 13 hours before they towed it, which is illegal. Both the trooper and the tow driver lied about where my car was POSITIONED, saying that it was on the shoulder, which is a lie. Even if it were on the shoulder, it is not illegal to park a broken down vehicle on the shoulder. For towing my car 5 miles to their yard and holding it 2 hours they charged me $250 even though their sign said $200. Im an Iraq vet and told them, they didnt care. I explained what I relayed above and they didnt care. They are thieves, dont do business with them.
