I went there for state inspection of my car. I was able to have my car inspectected within 30 minutes. It is a very clean facility. And I was very pleased with the service.

Ahhh owners shes not friendly nor helpful at all. She lies and is most unsociable or polite . She acts like its an imposition call there. IDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL EVER .

Had my car break down on a Saturday morning and I had no idea what the issue was. I gave them a call and they were extremely helpful and wui K at sending a tow truck. They were also patient to explain to me what the issues were and outline the costs. Great business!

Taylors has the BEST customer service of any business Ive EVER dealt with! I broke down on the side of 295, 4 hours from home and 2 from where I needed to be with 3 babies (9 years- 4 months) and Taylors was who I called. They went above and beyond to take care of my children and I. Professional, courteous and beyond empathetic to my situation. Prices were EXTREMELY reasonable. The folks here were very small town and friendly with everyone who came in. There was clearly individuals there who were repeat customers which tells me they are trusted. Ive had two vehicle inspections done at Taylors since moving to Hopewell in March of 2018. Both times Ive been treated very courteously and professionally. The inspections have been done quickly, and appropriately for the vehicles Ive brought in. Its nice to receive such good, competent service. I expect to return here whenever the need arises.

Had an emergency issue with vehicle while picking our buddy up from fort lee. We had to go somewhere immediately and we were upset about the day being waisted. Brandon dropped what he was doing and helped us giving us amazing service. I would rate it 6 stars if i could. Brandon worked very hard and very swiftly as he fixed the issue in record time. He was very friendly and very professional. The service we recieved at Taylors Auto Services Inc was wonderful. I Would recommend them to anyone visiting or in the area anytime.

A local gem of auto repair shop! My husband (military was stationed here) and I came in just for a vehicle inspection and enjoyed their service and prices so much we have since gotten all repairs and concerns with our vehicles handled here. They are family owned and operated and they guarentee all work. We even purchased a vehicle from them. If I could give a 100 stars I would.

Called Taylors today to see if I could get an oil change, they couldnt because they were busy, okay fine, I understand that....but what rubbed me the wrong way is that they DONT take appointments. Um, excuse me?! Not good business to only take walk ins. You will be there a while, not cool.

Have had a problem with a part supplier, but have to say Taylors in Hopewell is hands down the most honest and ethical auto repair shop that I have ever dealt with.
