The Jaime heifer that works there as a case worker is extremely rude and unprofessional... Wish they had some kinda corporate number to report her disrespectful behind

I feel furious with the system, get child support sometimes then wait forever. I guess truly it’s pay as you go or when you want and the absent parents gets away with it 2 or 3 times now I have to wait and wait to get paid, then the fathers company traded owners and missed paying child support two weeks. Did I get those 2 weeks when they started paying again? No and it was at Christmas time. I bet he didn’t miss a check Bc of trading owners. Call and try to get someone to do something all kinds of things they can’t do, verses what they can do. This is a joke, the system is a joke and it’s not funny to the parents left holding the bills.

Theyre useless! I tried to open a case so my childrens father would pay child support but they told me I would have to pay every month to keep my case open. That seems like a fee that the absent father should have to pay. I already have enough bills. They did not help me at all.

Rude and very unprofessional! From the front desk to the legal department! If you’re a state business I would think that answering the phone “yeah what do you need” would be unacceptable!
