Had a wonderful Spa day today, Vinny was so professional and does great work! Best Fill I have had in ages! Didnt catch the sweet ladys name that did my Pedi and waxing, but she was 5 star too!! Will definitely be back!

The wait was pretty long I spent a lot of time trying to find the colors I wanted but I showed Bill and he knew right away what colors I needed. He was a bit distracted while doing my nails but they turned out great. I love them ! I recommend going to Bill he can get you the desired look you want!

Most painful set of nails in have never gotten. And they thought it was funny.

Lady was rude every time I stated how,I wanted them, paid 20 e,tra for gel polish and 2 toes are only painted 3/4 of the way, wont go back

The workers were very nice. They kept asking if I wanted more things done and I was like no because I only brought a certain about or money. When I checked out he said “I take cash from you because your broke” and then looked at the other person in line and said “your Rich, you pay with card”. Overall it was a good experience though. The dude gave me a free ring because it was my graduation day and he made me laugh, but they are definitely rude when they don’t get what they want.

The service was slow and the workers were rude. My nails didnt last a week and had to pay more that I would have somewhere else.

Took my mom to get her nails painted she likes just getting them shaped an regular polish. The nail lady kept pressuring her to get gel done that it’s only 15 dollars more an drys faster, we told her we just wanna do the regular polish still. When fileing an painting her nails she kept pulling on my moms hands and was rude the rest of the time we were there waiting. We will not be back.

ON DAY I WENT AND THEY WERE VERY BUSY SO I WENT TO ANOTHER NAIL SHOP, NEEDLESS TO SAY I WONT DO THAT AGAIN . SINCE THEN I HAVE BROKE SEVERAL OF MY REAL NAILS. Over the course of 2 days spent $200. Got looked over when I was getting a pedicure. Lady just got up and started finishing another girls nails because the guy doing it didnt want to. That set me back 20 minutes. Then they act all offended when I tell them I cant wait for them to paint my nails. I was running out of time. When I got out to my car I noticed they didnt even cut my toe nails. Worst $200 spent. Glad I dont live here. Will refuse to use them again whenever I visit.

My hands are cut up all over and got powder everywhere after making me leave after not finishing my nails and to come back in a little bit to finish they were understaffed and struggling if I hadn’t been a quarter through my nails I would have left so it’d be less busy

I kept being pressured into spending more money. Thy left my nails thick and crooked and kept pushing for the dipped nails. I went to another salon to get my nails redone and when thet took the nails off, one of the nails had mold on it because the nails werent sealed right. Will not go back again. Very disappointed.

I wish this had a negative 10. I am getting married tomorrow and have grown my own nails out for over a month just to get them painted instead of fake nails. The guy there broke one of them!!! And then while doing my pedi I tried to explain that I wanted them as short as possible... well that didnt get done either. They kept trying to pressure me into getting more expensive stuff done and bc my nail was now broke... I had to pay $5 extra for a fake one on that finger. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THERE!!!

This nail salon has no operator license posted and the instruments were not placed in sanitary solution after doing my toes which is disturbing. Since the previous owners left, the nail salon has become very distasteful and they hustle you nonstop to spend more money.I asked if they accept credit cards and they said yes however when I went to pay and had pulled my card out, the lady in charge came up to me and said they only can take cash because it takes too long for them to get the money from the credit card company. Worst of all they deceived me and consequently I had to leave my drivers license and get cash from an ATM. I filed a report with the state cosmetology board as well.I wish they would get their act together because we only have two nail salons in Hope.

These folks are disrespectful and don’t know how to talk to folks. They expect to get paid but do your nails how they want!!! Never again

I really enjoyed my pedicure today...So relaxing..

This was my first time to the salon yesterday, and I wasnt impressed. Actually just overall not satisfied. I kept being pressured to spend more money, and they insisted I do the powder. The after math of the powder was super clumpy and left big bumbs at the end of my nail. When I asked the 3 sepperate nail techs to get rid of the clumps and bumbs that looked awful, they got very hasty and were rough. I even got burnt by the drill, because they kept touching my skin with it. Also they didnt even cut my original nails nor did they take my polish off, they just sanded it off with the nail buffer drill. When me and my boyfriend were leaving to pay, after an hour and 45 min, one of the employees said thank you and i just said mhmm for youre welcome all nonchalantly and this man said i wasnt talking to you. i was talking to him, the one whose paying and he would keep making rude remarks like that almost the entire time i was there. Another thing was anytime i asked one of them to PLEASE do ANYTHING he would whine and say oh my god in the most dramatic and prissy voice possible. will not be returning!

They messed my nails up l,made them really thin, mine and my cousin eyebrows are terrible, they was begging for money they wouldn’t let us do the basic pedicure, we goto check out and my cousin was gonna pay with a card then pays with cash well she took the $80 cash then charged $80 on the car, so she paid $160 for something that looked so bad it should have only cost $50
