I’ve had this service for a little over two years. Not many problems. Every once in a while we lose service but are usually pretty quick to get it back on. Customer service is sometimes hard to contact but they do get back to you. Overall very satisfied with service.

They are great to work with. We live down a dirt road a ways and any time our service goes down if we can’t fix it over the phone they are coming out to fix it. We use plenty of internet at our house.

Its a good price, unfortunately service goes out quite often and it runs fairly slow most days. It gets me by but I wish it was faster and more reliable

They have great service if any problems occur they are very quick and responsive . I’ve only had one issue that I remember it was due to a storm besides that I highly recommend and the prices is unbeatable.

Where do I start hmmmm.1. Extremly poor customer service.2. When you can get someone to finally answer they only know how to reset your router and that may help for your connection for a day or two then goes back to messing up.3. If your a gamer like my husband and I they will not open up the needed ports for your Xbox or PlayStation to run at its best they only have ipv4 connectivity when the consoles clearly need both for the best experience they say its fine but its not.4. They lie and say they cant open the ports remotely on THEIR router when they can.5. If you call them be prepared to have to wait like 45 mins or so to be able to talk to anyone.6. The connection is unstable I drop out like 8-10 times and thats usually monday-wednesday so it is actually like 20 or 30 times I drop and they refuse to try and fix the problem.7. The so called owner never gets back with anyone with an issue they never call back if you leave a voice mail.8. If you game your download speeds are mediocer at best amd upload is abysmal

Any time I call about something they always call me back right away and take care of my issue and their internet service is much better quality than Exede Hughes Net and Air Max (horrible service and customer service )

Been without internet in Hope Arkansas since Wednesday night. After finally getting someone on the phone after 55 minutes of a wait time they dont know when it will be on and hung up on me poor customer service

My internet runs slow while streaming. It constantly goes off on most days. I had to call Premier Broadband to see if there were outages. They did come out and check. I just wish it ran a little bit faster.

They have always worked with me and answered my questions. Great price!

The wifi is ok but the only thing that’s really annoying me is when it goes out of service and you have to wait a whole 5 or 3 min for it to cut back on and sometimes it will go completely out of service until we have to call the WiFi company and tell them that their WiFi has went completely out of service while everyone else who has different WiFi is still working very fine.

Had AT&T Uverse with 6meg down load speed, Now with Premier I have 17meg down load speed.. Very happy customer!! :)

Premier Broadband has been so helpful and accurate with their quality of service. My Aunt just moved to Hope and she was worried she wouldnt have a reliable internet service provider so she could keep in touch with us via Skype. As a technology guy I realize that sometimes in a small town you can have issues with the quality of internet service. I know now that Premier Broadband is a company that stands behind their service! Thank you. I can talk with her any time now with no problems!

Customer service is good but the internet is inconsistent good one day bad the next. Hopefully the work out the problems.

I used to have the another provider in Hope and always had issues. Now with Premier everything works great with Netflix without buffering.

Internet Service is fast and works great for our business. Support is available anytime also.
