Destination Laporte IN for funeral. Driving from Cedar Hill TX. After sitting in 2hr traffic jam my car died. My fuse box melted. I called Reeses . They showed up. They were so friendly. They made sure my car was taken to the dealership the next day. Lord knows I didnt need additional stress. They were like 👼s on wheels. They had a few snacks in the truck my daughter was so pleased they offered. I cant thank them enough.

Reese was a lifesaver! My wife and I have an electric car and we’re unable to find a charger while passing through Arkansas. Reese was able to tow our car more than 30 miles to the nearest charger on a Sunday when everyone else was closed. I can’t recommend him enough!

Called on a Sunday around 7pm, no answer. Called back a while later hoping to reach someone. I left a message this time but, no call back. My driver broke down and needed towed and service. Website says 24 hours towing and they supposedly offer car repair services as well. But if you dont answer, or call people back that are stranded on the road, I cant give a better rating. Maybe change the website info if it doesnt include Sundays. Or is not 24 hr service..... Otherwise there was no interaction.

I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. We broke down on our way through from Texas to Pennsylvania. My girlfriends Mercedes started misfiring and acting up. The folks not only got the part needed within hours, but they fixed it in an amazingly affordable fashion. Upon completion; they picked her up, showed her around the area AND took her to get coffee before heading back to get the vehicle.They were so sweet, even adamantly refused a tip. There are good people left in this world. Thank you for getting us back on the road to home.

This guy really knows his cars. I was in a bind and he really helped me out.Not only did he fix my car he also got me out of the mud.

Reese saved my bacon at 5 AM on Sunday. Broke down on the side of I-30. If you need a tow or mechanical work in or around Hope, dont call anyone else. He also beat a AAA tow estimate by $40. Total professional, excellent service. Im running out if adjectives, but hes a great dude.

We broke down near Hope on Labor day, while on our way back to Texas. Gary got us fixed up and back on the road as soon as possible. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our unintended layover. I cant thank him enough for helping us get back home safely!

On the way to Houston from Illinois our RV broke down in the Walmart parking lot late Saturday night, we called for a wrecker. Even though they werent able to tow the vehicle, he recommended another service and then went out of his way to head over and help out in anyway he could.
