I just moved to the area recently and tried out one other place that I was not impressed with. I decided to give viva nails a try and I had a 10/10 experience. The salon was clean, the staff was attentive and very good at what they do, I had an appointment and didnt wait at all, there was a relaxing and calming ambience, relaxing music playing, and the amazing back and hand massage included in the manicure. I was very impressed with my experience! And I will be coming back, I found my go-to nail place! $30 regular pedicure and $37 gel manicure. Worth every penny!

First of all, very very overpriced in my opinion. But I was on a time crunch so I did It anyways. Secondly, we were giving the ladies that did our feet a tip when the owner flat out said “Ummm, I did your friend’s nails and worked too.” Hinting for a tip. We didn’t want to argue so we just gave her a tip. The nail polishes were okay. The safety and cleanliness were satisfactory but it wasn’t worth approx 150 .

This is my go to nail salon! Absolutely amazing. Great job Kimberly. I come here for regular mani and pedi. Always on point! The staff is friendly and calming atmosphere.

I found this place to be over priced and the staff abrasive. I was shamed twice during my visit... once for looking at nail polishes before I used their hand wipes (tiny, minescule alcohol wipes) even though I had just used my own hand sanitizer... then again for using my phone. I honestly did not see the sign that said NO CELL PHONE USE... what are we? In high school?? The owner came at me literally at a run... scared me to death and embarrassed me in front of everyone. I will never go back. Plus the price for a basic pedicure is WAY TOO MUCH.

I went there on Friday to get a full set of pink and white gels for the holiday. The staff was very nice and accommodating to me since I was a walk in and I did not wait long at all, but I have had my nails done for many years and for the money I paid for these it was not worth it at all. 3 days later and my nails are already peeling and cracking and one is already glued back on. The shape of the nails and the thickness are terrible. The appearance is not good for what I paid for this. I will definitely not be going back, and I’m actually Upset that I’m going to have to spend more money to have this mess fixed. For $80 I expected a higher quality. I have gotten better product from other nail salons for half the price.

This place has very nice people at your service but a bit over priced. I should have viewed the prices of things before I got the pedicure and shoulder message. Usually its a buck a minute for messages, and thats everywhere but here. Trying somewhere else.

Service and atmosphere are fantastic but have visited twice now after my old salon relocated and both visits have been less than satisfactory. I got a gel manicure both times for special occasions and, while manicure itself was wonderful, the paint chipped on both within 24 hours! Way over-priced for a poorly done manicure. Will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve gone to them for multiple services, gel nails, dip nails, pedicures and eyelash extensions and am always happy with their services. Very clean and professional. I highly recommend Annabel for nails!

Personnel here seems nice but their skills and attention to detail are below average. Do not go there late in the afternoon on the weekends. They rush through and focus on profit rather than quality. My dip powder nails all cracked and started chipping next day.

So worth it!! My first experience at this salon was absolutely awesome! John was incredible and took time with giving me my pedicure with all the extras that I never gotten before at another salon! They are very friendly people and gave me complimentary water and warming neck soother! Absolutely loved it and will be back again!! Charming atmosphere and friendly customer service was on the money!

They do such a beautiful job! They are super friendly and they dont rush to move on to the next customer. They make you feel appreciated. And most of all I get so many compliments on my nails.

I have been going here for years. Their pedicures are amazing. (Sometimes you do get a new girl- but even then- her second time doing it is great) I highly recommend this nail salon!

Got a tip replaced, paid $8 + $5 tip and it snapped off 2 hours later, had to wait 3 days to get it fixed. Staff made me feel uncomfortable, I dont understand how they needed 3 different people to attempt fixing a nail. They were also speaking their native language and pointing, made me feel soooo uncomfortable, felt like they were talking negatively about me. NEVER AGAIN!

Popped in for a mustache and eyebrow waxing. Grace took me right away. She is very sweet and oh so gentle. I have scarring in one of my eyebrows and have never been happy with other places in town that I have tried, but Grace did an amazing job and i plan on having her take care of me always. I am only mad i hadnt tried Viva sooner. Thank you Grace!

I have made appointments and waited 30 minutes. I have walked in and been denied because their too busy. Since the new owner left there is no manager on duty and the lady who supposedly runs the place has no skills. I walked out and wont return. Too bad ..I was a loyal customer for years.

Ive been coming here for a few months now, and Im so impressed. Im strictly a pedicure person, and Ive gotten pedicures all over North Jersey, ranging from hole-in-the-wall spots all the way to upscale spas. This place has the most bang for your buck, and they are consistent with how the service is performed, no matter whos giving it. For the regular pedicure, you will receive the typical pedicure; plus, theyll provide you with a warmed aroma-therapy neck wrap, real aloe application for the massage, at least five minutes per foot/leg for the massage in which theyll use hot stones toward the end, callous remover (which I decline sometimes), and heel perafin wax. They are all easy to communicate with and all very talented on the massage front. Theyve even fixed a chipped toenail the next day for free. I highly recommend this place!

Just visited for the first time, Claire is wonderful!! I had a Gel Manicure, and I dont think I would ever go anywhere else! She did a beautiful job! And NO DREMMEL! Which, in my opinion, should never be used on your hands. HIGHLY reccomend this salon!

Went for a fill in and pedicure cause the salon I used to go in ledgewood closed, and I can say it was the greatest pedicure ever and same for the fill in ; a lot of massages during the services - very u me liked it, definitely I will continue to come to this place and I will get my friends in too.

Had a gel manicure the day before i left for vacation and it chipped with in 24 hours before I even got on the plane! Needless to say once I showered a couple times and was in the ocean once I had a ton more chipping and polish lifting...very disappointed. I think the guy who dis my nails put too many layers of polish on. He used 2 layers of a base, 3 layers of color and the clear top coat.

Friendly staff, hot towels, neck wraps, and massages... This place goes above and beyond a normal nail salon.
