I cant say enough good things about Randall, Danielle and this limousine service.I hired them to pick up my son from Newark Airport coming from Oregon. I had a lot of questions while DMing Randall and he answered promptly and patiently. I booked through Danielle on the phone and she was so friendly and professional. When my sons flight kept getting delayed she patiently took down the new information but when it was getting in late enough for my husband to pick him up, she cancelled with no fee and was very understanding. Then that flight was cancelled. My son decided to catch a red eye and she found a way to get him a ride at the last minute. Oh, the car, a brand new Lincoln Aviator, was beautiful as well.Randall was his driver and arrived before time. He was so friendly. He made my poor jet lagged sons ride a pleasure. By the time they got back to Toms River, they were good buddies. :-)I have heard some say that they are pricey but I found it quite reasonable. Everything was included in the price, including tip which made everything so convenient.Thank you Randall and Danielle. We will definitely be using you again!

Great car service! Randall and and his wife are very nice and patient with going over all the details! The price was very fair! The driver was on time and very professional. The car was so cool, spacious and clean! We rented their Mercedes Sprinter and what a phenomenal experience. The driver showed up on time the inside was so nice! It has lights, tv, and a great sound system. My family and I recently used Minuteman II for airport ride service. Our drivers were super accomadating, prompt and very professional. After our airline suddenly cancelled our flight before we were picked up, we were able to call and Minuteman II accomadated our change without any problems. We are so thankful to them who took the stress out of a crazy morning!

The driver was excellent but the office is run by an incompetent. We made reservations for pick up at home - to EWR and return 9 days later. On the day the our pick up, our driver mentioned that they would call us on the days of pick up to confirm where to be picked up. My wife said we need to give them my cell phone. The driver called the office and we gave the number to the office. Two days before the end of our trip, we again emailed out flight details and our cell, and the office called me back on my cell.Still on Saturday when we arrived, our driver was given my home landline to call. We called the office after waiting and getting no call. The woman on the line (same woman on all calls) sounded confused and even a bit slurred in her speech. When I arrived home, I noted 2 voice mails from the driver (to my landline) and one from the incompetent woman in the office.I loved the driver - same one both trips, but trust me, I will never use this service again.**** To a stupid owner. Look up Harrington. Do you want to do better or not? Whoever answers your phone sounds like a drunk.
