We love the staff at Pinard, in addtion toproviding awesome service, they were quick to make my sons first week of school with a honk and wave as they rolled into the neighborhood. We have also worked with the office team whom have provided outstanding service.

I live in senior housing in Derry.Trash and recycle is picked uptwice a week.Today a tree fell blocking theentrance to the lot. The mencould of just left but they didnt.Mikey got out if truck and ranup to get barrel. I stopped him and informed them that was excellent customer service.They always do a great job!

Horrible communication, rarely returned calls. Charged removal fees to take dumpsters out. RIP OFF!

Weekly pickup of trash and recycling is always on time. My barrels are always fully emptied and placed back upright with lids closed and in place.

This company is terrible. Go elsewhere for your trash pick up. their laborers are so unprofessional!!!

Three weeks in a row the trash guy put my barrels face down in the poison ivy at the bottom of our yard. if this isnt intentional, its careless and absentminded.

They do a HORRIBLE job. Our dumpster pick up is on Friday and if there is a holiday anywhere in the week, they just don’t come. We had not had pick up since 5/28 & they finally came today 6/7. It’s disgusting you can smell the dumpsters from inside the apartment if the windows are open and some units are getting mice. Right now there is trash all over the parking lot. GHETTO and this isn’t the ghetto.

We’ve used Pinard for over two years now, originally for curbside service and three times for dumpster rentals. Always friendly, responsive, and fast. They offer very fair pricing, and a reliable service. The team does their best to accommodate, and it’s been a real pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommend!

I work for a company that dumps dumpsters at same place they do and they say they recycle things but they really just dump it with rest of the trash. They empty both sides of there trucks in Bow. If u say u recycle why dump at a transfer station?

I used Pinard Waste Systems for the 10 years that I owned my seasonal ice cream and food establishment. They were great to deal with. Very courteous on the phone when I would call in or when they called me. I still use them after closing the business. I just downsized the container.

They dont give you a schedule on when they are emptying the dumpster. They do it whenever they feel like it. They charge you before your actual due date without telling you. Never getting this service again. I talked to three different people who told me three different things so i got charged twice in one month. Ive had enough.

I was charged $650 for a 15 yard dumpster for 2 weeks (2 ton allowance). So just today I get charged another $116 to my credit card with no invoice or data showing the pickup weight and how much over I supposedly was. Just go and charge me.Update: I was contacted by the office and was explained that they use autopay and therefore billing to account is made before receiving invoice. The charge turned out to be a credit.

Amazing customer service, punctual trash pickup, helpful with yard and furniture removal, excellent pickup and drop off of dumpsters I have ordered. Will always continue to use Pinard Waste, best trash company around!

By far the worst trash pick up & recycling service possible. I’d rather bring my stuff to the dump then deal with these a holes. Hudson NH should have never got rid of waste management.

Im buying a house in an area that Pinard services. I called several times to arrange for trash pickup and got voicemail each time, so I filled out their online inquiry form, asking if I could arrange services online. They said no. After another few rounds of voicemail, I asked in email if we could schedule a call. They said no. They gave me their office hours and said that they couldnt promise to be available - clearly they dont want new customers. I will go elsewhere and you should too.

Recently moved here, initially contacted them for service as suggested by our real estate agent, but the guy I talked to ... was so rude and unprofessional. He felt as if i was wasting his time asking questions. I ended up calling a different place in Windham and he was super nice and professional and told me he didn’t service my town and he gave me Buckley’s info. And that’s how I signed up with Buckley’s & I’m glad.

Stay away from them!!Very unethical business practices. The customer does not come first in their world.

I had one dealing with customer service via email and they responded quickly and took care of the problem immediately.
