This individual purchased a Heuer pocket chronograph from me through ebay in May 2018. He disassembled and removed components from my watch, then forced the return a through ebay after tampering with my item. He refuses to take accountability when questioned through email and a phone call. He also broke the hands in attempting to remove the dial.Gennady is a horrible, un-reputable person and I am currently filing a complaint for his removal from the NAWCC & AWCI.The photos below depict the broken hands and the movement which no longer operates after being returned.

A wonderful watchmaker who immigrated from Russia many years ago. I have given him several very old pocket watches (circa late 1800s) and he repaired them all very well. Also advised me against repair of a couple mid-1900s watches I had due to cost of repair vs. value. If I wanted him to, he could fix them (like for sentimental reasons) but the watches were nothing special value-wise and would cost more to fix than I could buy an identical replacement for. An honest guy. Works from his home. I have 3 once-broken family heirlooms now returned to perfect condition. Wonderful!
