I was very pleased with the work that Kris did on my car. He was very helpful. The price was right and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Northeast Detailing should you have need of repair work on your car.

Long story short, I had questions regarding Paint Protection Film for just the pillars on the doors of my new SUV and because I didn’t understand their statement that “PPF IS self-healing but it’s not” and followed up with some questions, they got tired of me and pretty much just told me to take my business elsewhere in the rudest way possible. Even their response to my Yelp review of them was beyond rude and offensive. They suggested that I was asking all these questions “without the intention of getting the service performed.” Huh? I’m sorry, Northeast Detailing, but I have a life and I don’t get my kicks inquiring about services I have no intention of getting. When you treat a potential customer as rudely as you did me, that intention does go away. Thanks for showing me your true colors.EDIT: As you can see, the response from the owner was “time is money,” and by asking them a few questions that never got understandable answers (they told me in the same sentence that “paint protection film is self-healing but it’s not.”), I was taking up their time. Wow. Unless you’re thinking of (no, scratch that- this business wants you to COMMIT FIRST, ask any questions SECOND)having a service performed that costs at least 1K or more, they don’t want to waste they’d time on you. I was overly kind and courteous in my communications with them only to get the whopping “you’re wasting our time” reply in the end. The fact that the owner was so quick, too, to react to my reviews (he accused me of “making it a pastime of writing bad reviews”), shows that he really feels the need to quiet me because of his rudeness. What I did t mention was that in my second email correspondence with them, I didn’t hear back from them so I just asked politely if they had received my message and their response was along the lines of “we are extremely busy.” Okay. Still in awe of our exchange.

These guys are the real deal. Attention to detail, clean work that goes above and beyond the standard service of others I’ve used. The PPF and Ceramic coating the team did took an already good looking car up to the next level. Kris and Steph are great to work with and the whole team really take pride in the work they do. Took my 6-year old Corvette that I bought last month in for a 1 Stage paint correction and Opti-Pro ceramic coating. Very pleased with the results. Car was in great shape to begin with but even so, it was obvious they were able to remove considerable swirls and other imperfections created by the previous owner using touchless car washes. Stephanie and Kris are total pros and exceptionally pleasant to deal with. ...and their dog, Bodhi, is a rock star in his own right! Highly recommended.

Drove my Rav4 home yesterday evening. Its has 184,000+ miles on it but I felt like I was driving a brand new car. They do great work!

My f350 truck has scratches on both sides from my dog and was professionally wax and the interior and exterior look amazing. Great value for an amazing job. Very happy and I will tell anyone who ask me if I know a good detail to use northeast detail in Hooksett. Thank you for a great job.

Appt for exterior only service for $275. Was told, after car was there for 6 hours, there would be an additional $100 charge to remove tree sap. Was told I “neglected” my car (due to sap) and the additional charge was fair - caller was very rude. I declined to pay beyond $275 and picked up my car without receiving service. Took car to Second Street Auto, 3 days later. They detailed the exterior, removing all of the tree sap without question or complaint - for $99! Car looks brand new!

I recently had 4 vehicles detailed here, 3 of them were the silver package and they all came out excellent. The forth one was my 07 mustang gt which received the gold package and it was over the top! the car looked in showroom condition. I am very happy with the detailing done on all the vehicles and will continue to have them detailed there in the future. If i could give them more than five stars i would.

The owners are absolutely amazing people who truly care about what they do. They have a passion and I rarely see in other establishments. They are kind and willing to answer any questions you might have. Their work was absolutely amazing, I felt like I was getting into a brand new car when they were done. I highly recommend them and will go to no other place for any detailing I need done. Also their puppy is absolutely adorable.

So this is professional detailing. After trying my Porsche Boxster at a few detailing places around southern NH, I ended up at Northeast Detailing. Ive now been back several times. Its out of the way and premium-priced, but worth it, clearly on a different level than every other place Ive seen: better facility, better work, better service, and very responsive (I usually use email to contact). Nice little waiting room with Internet. Plan to book at least a week or two in advance, as Ive found availability can be limited. In short: Im sure Im not the only one to have been burned a few times by detailing places that were a guy with sponge in a bucket. If you want what you paid for, Id recommend Northeast Detailing.

After they detailed my car last time I received high praise about how nice it looked from the guy pumping gas next to me. They always do excellent, thorough work.

I would not consider going anywhere else for detailing. Northeast Detailing is phenomenal. My only advice is to book your appointment in advance as they are busy. Theyve earned their strong reputation.

To start off these guys do amazing work. I have never had a vehicle that I thought needed a professional detailing, so I have always done it myself. However a few weeks ago I bought a new mini van but, it needed a serious detailing one that I did not have the time to do. I began searching for professionals in the area when I came across Northeast detailing. I read reviews through Google and yelp, the reviews were great so I gave them a call. They gave me a price but said it could go up, if it needed extra work. I went to pick it up and pay, the price was the same and they did a phenomenal job. I had a loose handle in the back of one my seats that I was going to address myself, going through my car after picking it up and I noticed my handle was sturdy and fixed, nothing big but its the little things that count. Excellent job and I will always recommend them to any one I will definitely bring any of my vehicles back to them when needed. 5 stars and the place to bring your car for sure.

DO NOT HESITATE! Kris actually took the time to understand what it was that I was after. He made some recommendations and was accommodating with the packages that he has to offer. I was amazed at the thorough precision put in to the car. I drove almost two hours on a chance because they came so highly recommended and I have been disappointed by a few of the places around me. They wont disappoint, which is why Im actually leaving a review which I never do.

I just got 3 vehicles back from Northeast Detailing at various levels of cleaning. The Platinum package is AMAZING and my 213k mile/9 year old MINI Cooper looks almost brand new. Making the impossible, possible Bought a car with extensive hard water etching on the glass and couldnt remove it no matter what I tried, and an interior that had a horrible organic perfume smell that was extremely dirty.One call to Northeast Detailing on Wednesday and they had me come down for an estimate, which led to a Saturday appointment, (thanks Chris) which in turn solved all of my problems.Kudos to Chris and the Northeast detailing team of professionals. All I can say is WOW! I brought my Audi S4 in to Northeast Detailing a few times in the past along with my wifes Q5 for detailing. They came out great but this time I wanted something a little more. Talked for a while with Kris about the Opti-Coat treatment and paint correction for my S4 and went with it.Years of swirl marks/fine scratches/paint stains are gone and the cars finish looks like glass. Best of all this awesome look will last for the life of the paint I purchased my Audi used but I know the car never looked this good when brand new. Great customer service! Was able to book via fb messenger which was very convenient. Messaged right back, pricing was reasonable, and works with a paintless dent removal service.My year and a half old car was looking a bit dingy. I try to keep my car nice but life happens. Picked my car up today and it looked like a brand new car!Only two things I wish they could have done was remove a shiny mark on my dash left from a cell phone mount and make my rubber mats look new, which I’m guessing is not that easy but overall still VERY pleased!Note to self, never mount a sticky suction cup in your dash :(

Amazing service, better-than-expected results!When I had some body work done on my white Honda CR-V following a hit-and-run accident, the new panels with clear coat had significantly more luster than the rest of the vehicle which had baked in the Florida sun for most of its life. This has been bugging me for months and, not knowing anything about body work, I thought I was going to have to have the entire vehicle repainted. The team at Northeast Detailing thought otherwise....After explaining to me what the process involved and what the outcome was expected to be, the owner, Chris, went straight to work. I was skeptical about the ability for paint to be restored when the clear coat was so dulled. But, about four hours later, my car looked gleaming white all over and you can barely see a difference between the new panels and the old. In fact, its pretty much unnoticeable unless you are looking for it.Im incredibly pleased with the staff, the service, and the price and would encourage anybody looking for automotive detailing work to bring your vehicle to this wonderful family-owned small business!

After an horrendous detail by another shop, (who as it turns out knew nothing about professional detailing) blamed the awful job on the poor factory paint ? Sought advice from the largest Auto Body shop in area, thinking I may need a new paint job. They immediately saw the mess, and referred me to Northeast Detailing stating they would be able to correct all the issues, and thats who they use and trust with their clients cars. Upon making appointment, obvious they knew what they were doing . When I got my truck back it looked better than the day i BOUGHT IT! The results are amazing! I have Northeast Detailing detail my Tacoma at least once a year. I am always stunned at what an amazing job they do both on the inside and outside of the vehicle. It looks brand new when I get it back.In my case, my truck interior is just caked with German Shepard hair when I drop it off. I mean there is a ridiculous amount of really thick, interwoven dog hair throughout the extra cab portion of my truck (she loves to ride in the truck). Its everywhere back there. Through some kind of car detailing wizardry that defies a logical explanation, they get it all out.I recommend these guys to all my friends.

I wanted to protect the exterior of my new Ford Edge. I decided to have Chris and his team treat the exterior (paint, plastic, chrome rims) with Opticoat. The prep included washing, clay bar, light polish and then opticoat application.The car looks awesome! Chris is extremely professional and tries to understand what is important to the customer and then explains the different options in a straight forward and honest way. I highly recommend Chris and his team at Northeast Detailing!!!

Kris performed a complete paint correction and Opticoat Pro application on my new Fiesta ST. His attention to detail is second to none and the car, (the Molten Orange shown on his Facebook page), looks amazing. Far better than when I picked it up at the dealer; really a new, deeper color that just pops in the sunlight.I actually drove over from Southern Maine, rented a car from the local Enterprise, and left my car with Kris for three days as I trusted him to do the best job possible. He did.Not inexpensive, but really good value for money!

I spent some money with Kris and his team at NED as I had a full detail done on my brand-new 2013 BMW including interior/exterior, in addition I had him Opti-Coat the paint, similar product on all windows, and finally had them put on paint protection film that was also opti-coated. All I can say is perfection and worth every penny. Attention to detail is an understatement and no one else will ever touch my car. If you go somewhere else in the greater NH area your rolling the dice on what youll get, with these guys, its a given that they will treat your vehicle like it was their own.

I own a 2007 Corvette, the last year the made the LeMans blue paint. I invested in the opti- coat pro plus system after Kris did a paint restoration process. I had it for a few years trying to detail it myself but never got the results I wanted, still looked decent. Kris openly admitted, when he first quoted me the cost, that the Corvette clear coats were difficult to work on but was more than willing to meet the challenges ahead. After Kris and his staff got done it looked like it rolled off the showroom floor and still looks great after a year with the simple maintenance he walked me through after I picked up my car 2 weeks later. The money I spent was worth every penny. Thanks again Kris you saved me from buying a new Corvette. Don
